"The pitching in the American League is amongst
the league's best, but since when does an undefeated,
12 win pitcher with a 1.36 ERA not make the All-Star
team ??" questioned manager Charles Wilkins IV after
the release of the All-Star team reserves by AL All-
Star manager Mike Falzone.
Aaron was unavailable for comments as he has
started a "No press conference & no comment crusade".
Chas noted that Sele was absolutely shocked to hear
we would not be in the Big event in Denver this season.
"What more do I need to do ??" Sele asked of his
manager.
The Red Sox went unrepresented to the All-Star
game as the only invite was Carlos Baerga and he
declined due to injury. Carlos spoke of Aaron's
slighting by saying "Go figure, I'm only with the
club a month or so and play very little and get named
as the only team representative. Aaron, who is a
BIG reason we are in the playoff picture sits home
while lesser quality players go. All I can say is
I'm glad to be away from manager Mike Falzone if he
feels a player of Sele's quality isn't deserving !!"
I guess the only good that comes of this is that
this should be the last time that NL manager Mike
Falzone will manage the AL All-Stars. It should be
all AL managers from here out.
