Kansas City Kings

The Kansas City Kings are off to a 5-0 start, the 2nd best start in their 4-year history(7-0 in 1996, but then lost 8 straight)

Armed & Dangerous

Steve McNair

The team is performing like a finely tuned machine, and with the acquisition of perrinial LB Allen Aldridge, the defense should get better faster. Steve McNair, last year's League and Offensive MVP is off to a decent start, 1500+ yards with only 3 TD's. Curtis Martin, who was 2nd string last year, fought his way back and has been starting in KC this year. He has 5 TD's in 5 games. Other team owners who were critics, thought the loss of Warren was going to dismantle the Kings, but the empire has just gotten better.

Won Starting Job

Curtis Martin

Steve Ettman is the Kings' player of the year so far. He is a league leader(#4 or #5) in sacks and always guts the runners.

Next week's matchup--5-0 Kyles vs. 5-0 KC--Hasta La Vista Kyles.
