Texas Rangers

The Texas Rangers have secured the worst record in the league this past year and are determined not to have it happen again. With a record of 51-111 the Texas Rangers have decided to make major changes in their team. Our first move is to fire our Manager and hire a couple of prime time players in their own time. Being hired to take over as Manager is Pete Rose, Sr. Our new pitching instructor is Rollie Fingers and hitting coach is Ted Williams.

Manager Pete Rose first major decision will be to determine some personnel moves that will be put out in the next press release.

Rose was quoted as saying "The Rangers will not be at the bottom of the cellar next year."
