What is there to say about this person that no one has ever said before?. He is literally one of if not the best player Manchester United have ever produced. He has excited the crowds of Old Trafford, week in-week out, and is going to do so for many more years.

He first played at Old Trafford when he was the captain of England schoolboys playing Scotland. At this time he was called Ryan Wilson.

After seeing Ryan play Alex Ferguson decided to go and get him from rivals Manchester City, who were taking there time on signing the young welsh wonder. Giggs didn't hesitate on signing and I bet he has never regret it.

He made his debut on the 2nd March 1991, at the age of only 17. He came on as a substitute in a 2-0 defeat against Everton. From that day to the present he has had the Old Trafford faithful guessing at what he is going to do next and has just produced shear excitement.

He has a record of being the youngest ever Welsh international, aged only 17 years 321 days, where he played against Germany on the 16th October 1991. He has followed in the steps of other United greats who have been the youngest person to star for their country.

Duncan Edwards...England

Norman Whiteside...N. Ireland

Denis Law...Scotland

In his second season at Old Trafford he claimed a regular team place making 38 appearances and winning a league cup medal.

Still at a very young age, Ryan broke another record, being the first ever person to win two PFA player of the year awards in the years 1992 and 1993.

His success has carried on and never slowed down, being part of four championship winning sides and two FA cup winning sides.

His dazzling performances have made united into the best team in the country without Ryan Giggs on the left wing United seem to lack that extra bit of oomph!. He adds that extra counter attack option with his extra speed and skill.

He has been compared to the great George Best, and there's no doubt that he has the skill to go with all the hype!! But at the moment lets say he is RYAN GIGGS THE PLAYER OF THE NINETIES!!
