I shot 73-75 in San Diego which got me 6th place and some IJGT performance points. It rained like crazy the first day so all things considered, I think I had a good day. The second day I had 4 birides just like the day but struggled with the driver and shot 75. I am glad I played decent, this is just another mentel barrier I broke this weekend. I used to approach these tournaments being intimidated before I hit the first tee which would take me out of it before I hit my first shot. This past weekend, I just trusted that I had the game to compete with everyone else and I did.
I am still working out (me on the right) in weights class and I am running a little more and have been doing some abdominal work to get in shape.
My next IJGT tourney is at Sandpines in April.

Aside from golf, I have many other areas of interest. I play backgammon on Yahoo! Games under the name "ilovemywedge". I also chat on aol instant messenger as "i love my wedge".
I am a music person. I like punk rawk, ska, alternative, and acoustic music. I am a strong Christian. I have a girlfreind Molly who I like to spend time with. Other hobbies of mine include Chess, basketball, frisbee, camping, traveling, and enjoying every moment of summer.
