Booking & Cancellation Policy 2000

BOOKING PROCEDURES

Reservations for any of our packages should be made by E Mail, letter, telephone or fax. You will be invoiced for your chosen package, a deposit of 50% of the total package is required within 14 days to confirm your reservation. Payment can be made by cash or cheque to Coho Sports. The balance is due 30 days prior to your departure date.The deposit and balance due date will be on your invoice.

If WRITTEN / FAXED / E-MAILED NOTIFICATION of your cancellation is received by our office the following restrictions apply:

0 - 30 days before departure NO REFUNDS.

Payment(s) can be transferable only within the same calendar year, (on available dates only) less a cancellation charge of $100.00 or 30% of the total package price (whichever is greater).

Over 30 days or more before departure

Payment(s) transferable or refundable less a cancellation charge of $100.00 or 10% of the total package price (whichever is greater). Transferable only within the same calendar year,(on available dates only) We suggest purchasing a cancellation insurance policy for your protection.
