Here is a herd of giraffes. The structure of a giraffe herd is loose. Members are free to wander off at any time and join another herd. Also, a giraffe herd has no clear leader.
The herds are usually small, but the size is often dependent upon the amount of food available in the area. Herds can range in size from two to 50!
