Grandpa (aka Gramps), came to me at about 15 years old.He was found
waundering the streets of Warwick RI.His teeth were bad and needed some
out.The Dog Officer wanted to just put him down but the volunteer
shelter
workers said no.They paid for his vet visits and teeth.
I had called about a 3 legged kitten I heard about to adopt. The kitten
had
already been plced in a good home, but they were woundering if I might
take
in Gramps.I said if he can get along with mine sure.He did from day
1.Gramps
was with me for over 5 years and was a sweet cat.He passed away
today 8/25
at 12:03 am.He is sorely missed by his other kitties and ferrets
friends.I
will never forget you Gramps and pray that I made your last years
special
for you as you did for me! You so much reminded me of my cat Smokie (who
you
knew) who passed in March of 1999.I always had trouble telling you both
apart. You both had such a sweet gentle nature.May GOD KEEP YOU CLOSE! I
will
always LOVE YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! MAY GOD BLESS AND KEEP ALL THE CREATURES
SAFE AND HAPPY till they cross the RAINBOW BRIDGE!
