Pitbull girl was a poor, young stray dog who was found wandering the streets
in Downtown Los Angeles. She was very ill but was very happy to see
concerned people who cared enough to take her for shelter. She was treated
in the shelter's infirmary for her illness, but the doctors though it best
to send her away. She was not even made available to for people to choose as
a possible companion. She had a warm and friendly spirit and will be missed.
We wished we could have said our final good-byes but she was taken from us
without notice. We hope our visit the day before she left us lifted her
spirits a little and we hope she finds peace and friendship at the Rainbow
Bridge.
