I would like to first clarify that this is indeed the elite section of the website and is dedicated to the superior section known as the French Horns.
Ever since the class of 2004 showed up in the band, concert season has always had the presence of the current second chair Horn player, Erin Walterschied, although she may be a cheerleader, she is after all a horn player at heart.
Last year, we were especially lucky Samantha Fry came in to claim the third chair parts. This year Samantha is still playing the horn and with luck, will continue the great legacy of the French Horn Section.
Now, you didn't think I would forget the most tallented and best known Horn player? Of course not. I, Mark Eighmy am the current French Horn Section leader which I have been since second semester of my freshman year. As the school year goes on, this section will have a considerable ammount of attention paid to it and will undergo many changes.
