IMPORTANT:
This is something you could do with your Mom,
Dad, sister or brother. In fact, the whole family can get involved. It's
fun and easy to do.
Instructions:
Mix the first dye in the plastic container,
make sure you follow the directions {get a grown-up to help you with this}.
Bunch up the t-shirt from the middle by sticking your finger from the inside.
Wrap rubber bands tightly around the bunched up cloth {about 3 or 4}, leaving
a small space between each band. Dip just the the rubber bands and put
the t-shirt to dry. Next mix the second dye. Bunch up the dried t-shirt
like before and put on the rubber bands. This time leave a bigger space
between each rubber band. Soak thoroughly in the second dye exactly like
you did before. Remove the rubber bands once again and let dry. Presto!
You've created you very own designer "Splash
T-Shirt".
