Logic seems to be talked about as if a person that speaks in facts alone is logical. Some people may say that for a person to be logical, they need to not express any emotions so that they can see the whole picture. It sounds right however, it is dead wrong. To be truly logical for any situation, the person needs to know how to express emotions. The person will require knowing the facts of any situation through the emotional aspect and the technical aspect. This is true logic.

When a person is too emotionally involved when trying to make a "logically" decision, it is best for the person to have someone not so emotionally involved to make the decision for him or her. This needs to be done because the facts of the decision are being neglected when there is too much emotion for the situation. Although one person's emotional reaction to a situation is not always the same as another person's emotional reaction to the situation, a difference in opinion is always required to show other facts that are necessary to view.

Logic and logical decisions are never as "cut and dry" as people make them out to be. Regardless of how much people try to make decisions without any emotion involved, they cannot do any decision without a little bit of emotion (feeling) for the decision. A person may try to say that their opinion is not bias for anyone, however they will become bias after a certain amount of time. A person will feel pity for someone, somehow, and then will become bias for that person. As it has been said, "Everyone has a price".

Logic is something that is created by a person's experiences and that person's definition of work without emotions. Everyone has defined logic differently, but the most common way to define logic is "decisions made without emotions whatsoever".

Some people believe that "logically speaking" actually is the same as "technically speaking". Logic is actually a decision that is decided without any use of emotions whatsoever, and technically speaking actually is when a person decides something based on his/her current/past experiences/knowledge. Technically speaking actually uses emotions to decide things.

It is easy to confuse the two because most believe that the two are the same thing. Technically speaking actually is the experiences/knowledge of the person, which also means that the person's emotions will be used. So technically things are used to decide things with an emotional experience that the person has experienced.

So if someone wanted to do decisions with an open mind without their emotions involved, the person would use logic to do the decision with. If the person wanted to try to make a decision depended on his/her experiences, the person would use the technical way to do the decision.

Emotions can be destructive when making a decision. If the person has been having a "bad day" the decisions that he/she will make would have more emotion in the decision. The emotion will be more negative, however it would be emotional nonetheless. With most people that are having a "bad day", the person will get rid of logic altogether. So it would be a strictly an emotional decision, however it wouldn't be a technical decision because logic is required in part to do that too.
