This is a subject that has been around since the start of time, "rape". This action I do not understand why it happens. I understand it happens because a girl says no to a guy, however I do not understand the mind-frame that the guy has to be in to do such a despicable act. I do not understand how a guy can do such a despicable act and feel that he had done nothing wrong. It seems to be more of an inhumane act than anything else that mankind does to others.
The reason for this subject to come up is because at work I had a couple of males "joking" about the subject. This subject is not a "joking" subject, and I took great offense against these two males when they were "joking" about it. These two males were still in their teens and they were talking about "rape" was a contest. A contest to find out many "claims" that they could get each against them. This shows how sick/despicable that the males of the world have become. "Joking" about the subject as if it was a sport that they were involved in. There are very few things that can "set me off" quickly, and this is one of those things. I forced the two males to leave my work; also I called to police to give them the plate number of the vehicle that they were driving. I did this a formal complaint, and the police said that they would look into whether the teenagers were really "joking" or if they were "serious". Either way these males are going to learn not to talk like that around anyone, ever again.
I know that many males will "joke" about having sex with more than one girl, during the same night. There are many males that will talk like they have done it before, and I find this very sick. I have a few customers, at work, that "joke" about "gang-banging" too. In other words, having 3 or more people in a sexual act. These customers are also in the older age and I can't tell if they are serious or not about it. If the customers are serious about it, I believe that they are just as sick as those teens that I talked about above. If the customers are just "joking", I believe that they need to get real lives and find something sensible to talk about. Some "jokes" are harmless, however that is only some. Most of the "jokes" that are tossed around by people are very harmful to people, and can be just as destructive.
The people that "joke" about "rape" should be put in jail for a couple of months because "rape" is not a "joking" matter. It is a serious thing that happens to many people in the world. This can happen at any age, and unfortunately many males do not take it serious at all. The males that actually do the "rape" should be killed because to do such an act is inhumane. It is wrong, and for some reason a lot of people do not consider that. I have yet to understand the mind of a person that would do such a harmful thing to another person. I have received emails from many of you, and some of them have asked me of my thoughts about "rape". I have answered the emails with my full honesty, however I still won't identify myself regardless of how much some of you guess.
The way that the law treats the people that do the "rape" is not good enough in my opinion. To send the person to jail for a period of time, and perhaps some consulting, is not good enough. Many males do not fear this type of "justice" and something needs to be done to change this. The sick part about it is that most males do not feel any regrets about what they have done, even if the act happened due to being too drunk to stop. These people should be killed for doing the "rape" because I feel that these people are no longer human for doing that type of despicable act. This would also save the taxpayers some money because he/she will not have to pay for these people to be "punished" and later released, these people would just be "punished by death" instead.
I know that the human race is trying to become less barbaric than what they use to be, however some acts cannot have such "simple" punishments. If it seems barbaric to kill the people who do "rapes" and feel no remorse after it, then so be it because these people have to be killed off. Having no remorse after such a despicable act is just like saying that you killed someone and you don't care that you did. Things like this needs to be stopped, and the best way to stop it is to kill it. This is exactly what the human race does with sicknesses; they kill them off. When an illness/sickness attacks someone, the medication that the person uses kills off the illness/sickness. Some times it takes more medication than other times, however that is exactly what the medication is doing. So what would be the difference if we were to "kill off" the people who "rape" people? We can call it "medicating the human race" because that is what we would be doing.
The victims of the act of "rape" have already lost something in the process, their innocence. The innocence of the victim is now gone and the victim will never be the same again. To have such a cruel thing happen to the person is just wrong. Many times the victim is a virgin when it happens, which means that the "rape" has taken more from the victim. To have such a despicable act happen to anyone is wrong, and the suffering that happens due to/after the "rape" can haunt the victim to the "ends of time". The victims should have the ability to decide what happens to the attacker because that would give the victim some feeling of "retribution" against the attacker. This would also cause many people to "second guess" whether doing a "rape" is something to consider, namely those teenage males I throw out of my work.
There are a lot of males in the world today that do not like being told that they are not allowed to do something. This is how many of the rapes happen because the girl(s) have refused the guy(s), so the guy(s) will try to force himself/themselves onto the girl(s). It is sad to say that this happens a lot as "frat parties" as an initiation into that "frat". It is said that it wasn't "rape" by the "frats" because the "frats" will say that the girl was willing to have the whole "frat" "at her". This is a pile of bull; however there have been times that the "frats" have gotten away with it. I know that this type of thing is exactly what went through my mind when I found out my sister did something extremely risky/stupid. What she did was that the first time meeting her "new" boyfriend (in person), she drove to the address he gave to her (his parent's place). My sister met this guy over the "chat lines" and decided to date him shortly after. My sister could have been walking into any type of trap, and I still can't understand how my parents let her go. I would have forced her to take someone with her, but they trusted her judgment. I'm not so trusting. As far as my sister knew the guy could have been a middle-aged pervert looking for a good time, or worse (a "frat party" looking for a good time). She is really lucky that it wasn't either one, however I feel that my sister has become too cocky with her judgment.
Many people do not want to believe that the bad things exist in the world, and these people are the ones that need to have a "wake up call". Where my parents trusted my sister's judgment and didn't consider that she could be wrong shows that my parents really need to have that "wake up call". To allow my sister to drive to a place that she hadn't been to and see a guy that she has not seen before, just plainly stupid if you ask me. I know that when she went to meet her a few friends that she met on the "chat lines", I was sent with her. I had something to do that needed to be done near that spot, however having someone with my sister when she did that was a smart thing to do. Hell I scared the hell out of one of the guys because of my driving, which later became her boyfriend (currently the "old" one). Although my parents feel that my sister's judgment is good, I feel that my parents don't really see the danger that my sister could have been in when she was alone. It has been said that I am very protective with my sister, and many people feel that I am more protective than my parents. I agree with these people because I can see what they are talking about.
Where I have made it clear that "rape" is a despicable action that many males take upon themselves, I have also caused myself to have a big bulls-eye on me by many people. I have received criticism by many people for the way I look at "rape" and I know that if those teenage males find out that I called the police on them, my work could get attacked. I know this, however I will still make my opinion clear. "Rape" is the most despicable action that any male can do to any female. It is wrong and has no place in the human race. People that do "rapes" should be killed off to stop it from happening again. When a "rape" is brought to my attention my reaction is to "kill" the attacker of the "rape". The reason behind this is explained above, the simple fact that it is wrong and it needs to be stopped. The "punishment" to go to jail for "rape", is not good enough anymore. Something more harsh needs to be applied to the attackers, to make the future attackers realize that they shouldn't do the action whatsoever. If something more isn't done, then the human race will still have this inhumane action happen.
The more that I realize that things like this still happen, even with the laws changing to protect the victims, the more I realize that the human race is doomed. To have the males of the race being the aggressive side with very little control has become very dangerous. Until we are able to stop things like "rape" from happening, the whole human race is doomed to suffer. The suffering that the human race is doomed to feel is going to be around forever, until the ability to stop things like "rape" from happening. It brings a tear to my eye when I realize how pathetic that the human race really is, especially when I see the pain/suffering that the human race puts itself through.
No matter how the human race changes, the more it will stay the same. To change to get rid of problems such as "rape", there will be still some that will take advantage of it. Anyone that tries to take advantage of the changes to progress the human race should be killed off too. To take advantage of something is just another way to define a "greedy person". There will be times that "rape" is called, however there was none. Those that do this should also be killed off because they are causing pain/suffering to those that do not deserve it. I know that there are very few cases of this, however it doesn't mean that it doesn't happen.
I believe that the best way to try to defeat the action of "rape" is to develop a non-beatable system. To have every single person have an implant inserted into his/her brain and inserted into his/her pelvic region. The implants would record everything that the person does. If there is a chance of "rape" to happen, the implants will cause pain to both the head & pelvic region of the attacker. To have these implants removed should also be against the law, and another without these implants should be charged immediately & forced to have them re-implanted. To have such a thing work properly when the female says "no" or something of the sort, the female's implant will send a signal to the male's implant to stop him. To stop the male from engaging into the attack, there would be an "electric shock" to the system and the shock will increase until the male stops. A pain in that region of the body to any male will stop them; this is why kicking a male in that area will drop them to their knees. If something like this is implemented, the "rape" issue should stop because the technology would be there to stop it. Also the implants would record the person's thoughts, etc. that the person is having so the "attempted rape" charge can be filed and charged properly. This would have the "rapes" to stop, at least in my opinion.
