Chibiusa is a cute girl when she is not begging or insulting Usagi. She doesn't like Usagi excepting crying and begging. She gets up early, goes to school on time, has reasonable marks for exams and even knows breakfast is the most important meal in the whole day. (Usagi Doesn't) She loves rabbit (she looks like a rabbit anyway).
In TV version, her attacks are useless. That's why her mother in the future sent her to the past to let Usagi trains her.
You know, she is curently 903 year old but still looks like an 8 years old girl. This is why she always wants to become a lady like her mother in the future.

Because she once attack the enermy with this, but the hearts came out very late and the distance between Chibiusa and the enermy is too long for the hearts to even touch the enermy. HaHa. Sometimes it doesn't work or a bit delayed, but it can't cover long distance.
Moon Gorgeous Meditation (Only in the Forth Series of manga) -- Attack the enermy with Sailor Moon.
Pink Lady Cooling Kiss (Only in the Fifth Series of manga) -- She comes back from the future to help Sailor Moon out of trouble with this attack.
