Setsuna is a ripe and knowing girl. This is because she lives longer than everyone else and she controls time and time doesn't effect her. She died only once in the Second series in manga when she tried to stop time to prevent two sliver crystal (one from the past and one from the 30th century) touching together. But Queen Serenity soon gave her life again in the Third series. Her only friend before the Secondy series is Chibiusa (Chibiusa is so friendly ha).
She always takes things seriously, she once wanna kill Sailor Moon as she travelled across time zones (that breaks the rules). She said she'll kill anyone whoever have broke the rules no matter Usagi is Sailor Moon. But later on, she became so friendly.
As Sailor Pluto, she keeps one of the talisman, the Garnet Orb. If three talisman are together and there is a crisis, the talisman will be act like a key to call Sailor Saturn to destroy the world.
