PROPHETIC MESSAGE FOR THE NETHERLANDS.
of the children of Issachar
(God’s prophets), which were men that had
understanding of the times, to know what Israel (God’s people)
ought to
do (1 Chronicles 12:32)
THE
RIGHT TIME FOR THE NETHERLANDS IS NOW!
God
is moving sovereignly.
God has said through the mouth of different prophets that He is going
to move sovereignly in the Netherlands. Of course we are very
happy
about that, but then comes the question: "But what are you planning to
do Lord? Where are we as regards to Your timeclock?"
Recently God spoke to me from
Ezekiel 37:19-28 and in that chapter the
whole plan of this sovereign move of God is revealed to us.
God’s plan.
Say unto them, Thus saith the
Lord GOD; Behold, I will take the stick
of Joseph, which is in the hand of Ephraim, and the tribes of Israel
his
fellows, and will put them with him, even with the stick of Judah, and
make them one stick, and they shall be one in Mine hand.
God makes us one.
In this passage of scripture God was speaking to His divided people
in that time, but today we also are the people of God and He is talking
to us.
This is Gods plan for the endtime. He wants His people to walk
together,
in unity.
When I look at the Netherlands and the reputation we have as a nation,
then I see that no people of God are as divided as the church in the
Netherlands. Our favourite song is, You in your small corner and I in
mine… But
God wants to change that now and He shows us in the next few verses how
He will do that.
God gathers us.
20.And the sticks whereon thou writest shall be in thine hand before
their eyes. And say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I
will take the children of Israel from among the heathen, whither they
be
gone, and will gather them on every side, and bring them into their own
land:
God’s initiative.
Before I go on, I want to draw your attention to the following: In
this whole passage of scripture we see clearly how God takes the
initiative. He is doing it and that is what we call a sovereign move of
God.
Our inheritance.
What land is God talking about? Then it was Canaan, now our inheritance
is:
He hath purposed in
himself: That in the dispensation of the fullness
of times he might gather together in one all things in Christ, both
which
are in heaven, and which are on earth; even in Him: In whom also
we have obtained an inheritance, being predestinated according to the
purpose
of him who worketh all things after the counsel of his own will:
That we should be to the praise of his glory,….: in whom also after
that
ye believed, ye were sealed with that Holy Spirit of promise,
Which
is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased
possession, unto the praise of his glory. (Ephesians 1:9-14 )
The Holy Spirit.
The Holy Spirit was given to us as it were as a deposit to our
inheritance
and now God is going to give us the rest of our inheritance and He is
doing
that all by Himself and in the way it is described in Ezekiel 37:
19-28 . God Himself brings us out of the countries where we have been
in
captivity. In those days the people of God were captives in Babylon and
today that country is a type of religion and traditions of men
(knowledge).
The god Nebo whom the Babylonians worshipped, was the god of knowledge.
What is God talking about? What
does He want to do in the Netherlands?
Deliverance.
God has promised to deliver us from religion and the traditions of
men and to bring us to our inheritance.
22 And I will make them one
nation in the land upon the mountains of
Israel;
Brokenness.
In the book of Judges we read about one of those mountains in Israel,
mount Tabor. Tabor means ‘to break’. It was the mountain of
brokenness.
Nobody can ascend God’s mountain unless he has a pure heart and clean
hands.
Who shall ascend into the hill of
the LORD? or who shall stand in his
holy place? He that hath clean hands, and a pure heart; who hath
not lifted up his soul unto vanity, nor sworn deceitfully. He
shall
receive the blessing from the LORD, and righteousness from the God of
his
salvation. This is the generation of them that seek him, that
seek
thy face, O Jacob. Selah. (Psalms 24:3-6 )
God has said to us again and
again that He wants us to seek His face
and now He will move sovereignly.
23 Neither shall they defile
themselves any more with their idols, nor
with their detestable things, nor with any of their transgressions: but
I will save them out of all their dwellingplaces, wherein they have
sinned,
and will cleanse them: so shall they be my people, and I will be their
God.
Cleansing.
God will cleanse us from all our sins. How does He do that? With fire!
God is determined to draw us closer to Himself, but He is a devouring
fire, we have to come through that fire. That is part of His strategy.
We cannot change our own hearts, only God can and the sooner we are
convinced about that, the better. The only thing God requires of us
that
we search for Him with all our heart and allow Him to purify us.
That is not the work of the shepherds, the pastors. The true shepherds
have the task to heal the wounded sheep and look for the lost sheep and
feed them (not throw rocks at them from the pulpit and not feed them
old
stale fodder, but to feed them with love and grace and fresh grass!)
Messengers.
I believe God has appointed His messengers, prophets and real apostles.
In Matt. 13:41-43 we read about those messengers. The word ‘angelos’
has been wrongly translated here into ‘angels’. This is part of God’s
strategy.
The messengers of God come and bring a word and the word they speak
throws the people into the fire. And then God can do a work through His
word. He removes all that offends. He works in our hearts and changes
our
attitudes. Those that do iniquity will also be thrown into that fire(of
the Holy Spirit). Who are they? Jesus talked about them in Matt.
7:22,23.
They are those that do not want
to pay the price for an intimate relationship
with Jesus Christ. Oh yes, they want the signs and wonders, but not the
Lord of the signs and wonders. When they are thrown into the fire they
grind their teeth in rebellion and the fire will devour them. Those
that
remain will shine like the sun in the Kingdom of their Father.
Ministries.
I believe that in this time, God will raise up ministries and send
them to us to purify the people of God. They will come with fire.
Ministries
that bring deliverance, that set us free from unclean habits and curses
that have come upon us through the sins of our forefathers etc. It will
be good when the pastors prayerfully allow such ministries to come into
their churches to do the work.
So this is where we are now. God delivers us from religion and cleanses
us. And then comes the next step.
One King.
24 And David my servant shall be king over them; and they all shall
have one shepherd: they shall also walk in my judgments, and observe my
statutes, and do them.
David is a type of our Lord
Jesus, our King and we will no longer run
after big ministries or big names, but we will be filled with a passion
and a deep love for Jesus.
Peace.
26 Moreover I will make a covenant of peace with them; it shall be
an everlasting covenant with them: and I will place them, and multiply
them, and will set my sanctuary in the midst of them for evermore.
God’s strategy.
Let us stop right here and pay attention to this scripture, because
it reveals the sovereign plan and strategy of God, for us here in the
Netherlands.
What is God’s strategy? What did He say?
The fear of the Lord.
I will place them…. God places us. What does that mean? How does that
work?
I once heard a visiting preacher say, if God hasn’t set you, He will
send someone along that will upset you…I believe that order must come
in
the church. The order of God. God has for every place and every church
or community His own unique plan and purpose and it is to us to find
out
what that plan is and then to walk in obedience to that plan. Where did
we hear before that God placed people in the church? Yes, in the book
of
Acts. After judgement had fallen onto Ananias and Sapphira a great fear
came upon all the church. The fear of the Lord. And we read in the
Bible
:
And of the rest durst no man join
himself to them: but the people magnified
them. And believers were the more added to the Lord, multitudes
both
of men and women.) (Acts 5:13-14 )
Praising God, and having favour
with all the people. And the Lord added
to the church daily such as should be saved. (Acts 2:47 )
Shaking.
So the Lord added. He placed them. That is where the church must go
back to. Every church will now be shaken and whoever was not placed by
God in every church, will leave and the places that are left open will
be filled by people whom God has placed there.
So that His plan and purpose for
each church can be fulfilled.
We have to be very careful
therefore. I have seen how leaders, when
the Lord started to bless the church they were in, began to invite
people
to come and join them. Some even moved from one city to another to get
close to where God is moving. That way people came in that were not
placed
there by the Lord and what will have to happen then again?
Yes, God will have to shake
again!
Until healthy communities and churches are formed according to God’s
plan and purpose and then the Lord can add to those churches. And you
can
be sure that those who He adds are truly saved.
Signs and wonders.
The Lord will multiply those churches and bless them with His tangible
Presence in the midst of them. And where ever God can live in the midst
of His people, not in a building made by men, but in each individual
member
of the corporate body. There His glory can be revealed through every
believer
present and there will be signs and wonders.
Prosperity.
I also want to add to this that God finances whatever He builds!
Not with the tithes , but with support from the world. When we form
a close community with others whom God has added to us, then we will
also
take care of each other, just like happened in the book of Acts and
everybody
will have enough. Then the river of living water can stream freely
through
each one of us towards each other. No river needs to be blocked by a
dam
of worry or pain. And then the glory of the house that God is
building
now, will be greater than that of the former house, as it is
written
in the book of Acts. And then we will have favour with all the people.
God’s glory.
In Isaiah we read :
Arise, shine; for thy light is
come, and the glory of the LORD is risen
upon thee. For, behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and
gross
darkness the people: but the LORD shall arise upon thee, and his glory
shall be seen upon thee. And the Gentiles shall come to thy
light,
and kings to the brightness of thy rising.
The great Harvest.
The wealth of the nations shall come unto thee! Unto those churches
that are built by God.
And then the harvest will come.
Lift up thine eyes round about,
and see: all they gather themselves
together, they come to thee: thy sons shall come from far, and thy
daughters
shall be nursed at thy side
5 Then thou shalt see and be radiant, and thy heart shall thrill and
be enlarged; because the abundance of the sea shall be turned unto
thee,
the wealth of the nations shall come unto thee. (Isaiah 60:5)
God’s tabernacle.
And the nations will know that God has moved sovereignly upon the
Netherlands.
27 And My tabernacle also shall
be with them: yea, I will be their God,
and they shall be my people. And the heathen shall know that I
the
LORD do sanctify Israel (My people), when my sanctuary shall be in the
midst of them for evermore. (Ezekiel 37:19-28 )
