Quarter Time
Two versions of Trunks Briefs travelled back to the past to save Goku and warn the others about the androids. One met Cell in the past, then killed the Cell of his timeline after he returned to the future. One did not learn of Cell's existance, and thus was taken by surprise and killed by Cell, who stole his time machine to travel into the past and meet the other Trunks. What happened to the timeline where Goku and his allies were warned of the androids, but Cell was not present? This is one answer.
- Quarter Time 1: Against the Androids - Cell didn't travel back in time, but that doesn't mean the other androids aren't a threat to Goku and the others!
Rewoven Tapestry
Time's passage weaves a tapestry out of the lives of people, animals, creatures, and even worlds... The Saiyan infant named Kakarot who would have been sent to Earth is instead sent to a different world shortly before the destruction of the planet Vegeta at the hands of Frieza. The redirection of this crucial thread distorts the pattern that was to be woven. Friendships, loves, the course of battles, even who lives or dies... All of these things change in response to the thread's absence, as the tapestry tries to adjust to the alteration.
- The Searches Saga - In a world without Goku, Bulma is still trying to collect all 7 Dragonballs, while Chi-Chi looks for a way to put out the fire around her father's castle.
