[SayID for 4.62]

Copy Say ID to your Z-Mud directory. Some versions of Zmud use a sub-directory under the Zmud directory to store player files. If this is

the case copy Say ID to the same place as your current

player file... if the 2 player files are not in the same directory Z-Mud may not be able to import the settings for you.

Make a backup of your current Z-Mud Player File. If you don't know how to do this, read the section on Backing Up Your Player File.

Open Z-mud, and log into Medievia.

Find a nice quiet spot where you will not be messed with for a while and tell your clannies you'll be AFK for a bit.

Go AFK. (duh)

Choose the "Settings" pull down menu from the top of your screen.

Choose "Import" then "Settings" from the "Settings" menu. The "open" dialog box will appear.

Find the Say ID file in the "open" dialog box. It will be named "sayid.mud". Double click on the file, or highlight the file name and choose

open. The "Import Settings" box will appear.

From the Import Settings box, choose aliases. Highlight ALL aliases listed there and click the "add" button. Don't press the import button yet.

Choose Triggers. Highlight ALL triggers listed and click "add". Don't press the import button yet.

Choose Buttons. Highlight the button you find here. Click "add".

Now click the "Import" button from the bottom of the box.

The "Import Settings" box will go away. The new Say ID module is installed and should work.

Choose the "Settings" drop down menu again.

Choose Save. This saves the changes to your current player-file.

[SayID 5.2x]
