Greetings all,

As some of you may have heard by now I have Temporarily taken over the duties (and official title)
of Arcane Valor Guild Master. With a heavy heart Trevize has resigned his position due to RL
conflicts that he felt kept him from being able to effectively fulfilling the position. It is a position
I neither sought nor want to fill. Therefore, I am calling an Emergency meeting of all guild members
for this Friday night at 11:00 PM EST (8 PM PST) at the Wizard Tower in WK (SE corner of the
zone just before you would zone into NK). This is a Mandatory meeting for all members. If you
are not there you had better have a VERY good reason since this meeting will determine if
Arcane Valor LIVES or DISBANDS!

Anyone who is interested in taking over the GM position will need to speak up at this meeting. If
no one does or the membership can not choose another GM I will disband the Guild a week later
on the following Friday.

In either event I am resigning as a officer in the guild at that time. I have enjoyed my time as an
officer in AV and will miss serving but feel strongly that if the guild lives on it must be with new
blood at the helm. Therefore, there will be other officer positions up to be filled as well and if
you are interested in an officership speak with the new GM if one is selected.

This meeting determines the future of your guild, I will take a small turnout as evidence of a
l ack of guild committment on the part of the membership and will DISBAND the guild then and
there if you do not make your presence felt. So, if you can not be there and you care about the
future of Arcane Valor RESPOND to this email and let me know.
