First, congratulations to Tatley Truheart or her marriage to Ricko Truheart. They were married this evening at 8 PM EST in Erudin. If you missed it you missed a grand time and a wonderful party. Atrue was best man, Cyaena was the Maid of Honor and I had the honor of performing the ceremony. A very good party followed the ceremony and bail money will be available for those in need.

• A major milestone occurred in the guild today. Faalcon Ironstar has stepped down as Guildmaster. Real life pressures from school and his new job was restricting his ability to perform his duties so he has graciously, for the good of the guild, resigned his position. His leadership will be missed but we will see him on line from time to time. It was decided at the meeting tonight to bestow upon him the honorary title of Founding Father and the webpage will be annotated to show this.
• At the request of Faalcon, Trevize Orcrist has accepted the position of the new Guildmaster of Arcane Valor. I know that all of you will wish him well in this new role for him and will give him your unqualified support. The transition period should go smoothly under his leadership and he has proven himself worthy of the honor time and time again. Again the webpage will be annotated to show this and all changes.
• I have stepped into Trevize's shoes to fill the vacancy left by his promotion, and will attempt to do as good a job as he has done, a tall order I assure you. As such I am now Guild Secretary and will try to aid him in any way he needs along with assuring all of you are kept informed of guild happenings.
• This leaves the position of Guild Treasurer open. This position requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week availability to the members along with the room on your server connection for 4 banker characters (so if you are interested in the position and already have 5 characters you will need to be willing to delete one). Cyaena has been nominated for this position and has expressed a willingness (and eagerness) to fulfill those requirements. Any others interested must apply to either Trevize or myself by this coming Wednesday. Our intention is to have this positioned filled by Thursday and to transfer the account items then. My bankers will remain active for emergency needs in the event the new treasurer is unavailable when needed at some point.
• It was decided that though the membership restrictions would remain in effect
  • Minimum required entry level 20
  • Secondary character entry level 15
  • Maximum of 2 characters per member
• An exception will be made for Trevize in order that the members be able to contact him at need while he is playing any other character. Thus there is no limit on either the number of characters the Guildmaster may have in the guild nor a level restriction applied to them. (thus if you do a /who all arcane valor some time and see a lvl 5 listed you will know you can pester him about guild business to your hearts content, LOL)
• All other guild officer positions remain unchanged.
