Very striking. The first thing that I like is how economic the page is. Everything seems to fit together so well. The banner is extremely professional looking! :) And the color sheme with the background makes it all the more so!
Looking good! I have a personal attraction to economic pages.. you see too many that just tend to scroll on forever.. and with the amount of material you have to put there, I think you've handled the layout wonderfully!
Looking forward to seeing this when you've got it complete! I thought (and still do think) that a site like this is much needed on the net.
