Master Gassabias' Marianaded Fish

(Tillek Hold)

Marianaded Fish

On top of a bed of steaming, white rivergrains, sits a two large fillets of a sea fish of some sort. Soaked in an herbal dressing, the smells of wine, vingear and oil, mixed with thyme, sage, rosemary, red pepper, parsley, carried on a base of garlic, rise from the fish in rare form. Flaky, and golden brown from a long baking, the fish awaits to be eaten.
