Master Gassabias' Marianaded Fish

Marianaded Fish On top of a bed of steaming, white rivergrains,sits a two large fillets of a sea fish of some sort. Soaked in an herbal dressing, the smells of wine, vingear and oil, mixed with thyme, sage, rosemary, red pepper, parsley, carried on a base of garlic, rise from the fish in rare form. Flaky, and golden brown from a long baking, the fish awaits to be eaten.

Marianaded Fish
1. Soak fillet in herbal oil for at least three hours. 2. Cook filet, until done, in a pan, covered in herbal oil. When fish is flakey, it's done. 3. Serve with steamed veggies and rivergrains. |
