Destiny

It's a river of light, the road in which buildings are washed away
I want to look at the road separating us as if it were the River of Heaven
It's a mystery; my heart is quietly swaying
I want to accept everything that's you, like the sea does

Destiny; why do people come to love other people?
On the trip to ask that of love, I run into myself
Destiny; the stars will lead me if it should be my fortune
No matter what happens, I'll be fine; you'll always be in my universe

Suppose we two, just as we are,  were to no longer be here
The city sights would seem to be unchanged, but that would be wrong
If someone be lacking, the world will not be the same
Because we live linking our love in an invisible place

Destiny; no one other than you could possibly be you
I tell you therefore, with smiles, with tears, that you cannot be replaced
Destiny; because before you were born it was a promise
Love will overcome sorrow, and in your universe I shall become the shining one

Destiny; why do people come to love other people?
On the trip to ask that of love, I run into myself
Destiny; the stars will lead me if it should be my fortune
No matter what happens, I'll be fine; you'll always be in my universe
