Kekkou Kamen Characters ? The Teachers From Hell

Any place that calls itself the Spartan Institute of Higher Education may doubtless be expected to have scary and/or unsympathetic teachers.

This being a Nagai Go work, they might literally be from Hell. (As it's a lighter work, I doubt it, but the possibility is always there.)
 

The two teachers who show up the most:

Teacher Ben apparently is Mayumi?s homeroom teacher. He is a pervert, of course, and the principal's right-hand-man; especially when devising some new humiliating (to the student) experience that will be titillating to the two of them. (They literally call him "Teacher Ben" in English.) He does seem to have a bit of get-go in there somewhere, however: on one occasion he went out and did bodybuilding in order to subdue Kekkou Kamen.
His seiyuu is Hoshino Mitsuaki.

The Principal, whose name is The Toenail Of Satan. I'm serious. He always wears a really stupid-looking mask himself, and is usually muffled in a purple robe with what appear to be antennae on the hood. However, he sleeps in his underwear and a filmy negligee (which sight is high up on my list of things I did NOT need to see. Ever). He is the biggest pervert in the show, and could probably give most of the denizens of the Nagaiverse a run for their money.

His philosophy seems to be "If the girls don't do well in school, humiliate them and otherwise punish them until they do." While this strategy works on occasion, it is, in my opinion, one of the stupidest principles possible on which to run a school. (Especially given its corollary, "Who cares about the boys? Ignore them as long as they stay out of our hair.") On the other hand, given the number of students who don't understand and never will under these conditions, it's a good strategy for giving oneself excuses to run one's own private pornographic floorshow.
The Toenail Of Satan is voiced by Yanami Jouji.
 

Other teachers:

The principal is rather fond of hiring "punishment teachers," people whose sole duty is to deal sadistically with the students for his and their pleasure. (Not the students'. Well, not usually.) It is these people who Kekkou Kamen vanquishes most thoroughly; while she uses the Open Legs Jump on the principal and Teacher Ben regularly, she always stops short of doing anything of a permanent nature to them. Perhaps they have people who would ask inconvenient questions; the punishment teachers, however, have no such luxury.

Gestapoko is the first punishment teacher we encounter. She seems to have stepped through a time warp from Nazi Germany; the theme is carried through in her uniform, in her goons, in her goons' uniforms, and in some of her mannerisms.
She is also a dominatrix (her short uniform jacket has S on one breast and M on the other) and prefers to use the whip. (But then, a big part of the SA's appeal to its members was the license to be *very* nasty to people who weren't supposed to resist, so it makes perfect artistic sense.)
Her seiyuu is Kamiya Kazue.

Shuuwarutsu Negataro is originally thought to be the gym teacher. He's handsome and, if one is attracted to muscles on top of muscles on top of muscles, rather sexy, I suppose. (He'd certainly be the only male in this series to be so if he were. I don't see it.) He's also hinted to be gay.
If so, I'm not quite sure why he has the job, since the teachers never punish male students. He uses his sex appeal (I suppose he must pump out incredible pheromones or something. No, wait, that doesn't follow) as a weapon. However, you have to see it for it to work...
He is voiced by the well-known Genda Tesshou.

Mizutamari Tsuyokarou (Runoffpool He's-Strong) is a samurai who was persuaded to the personally distasteful task of punishment teacher by being promised a battle with Kekkou Kamen, the rumor of whose strength and battle prowess seems to have gotten about. He has very little respect for his employers (and shows it!) and seems to be the traditional honor-driven samurai (honor defined as winning in a fight) taken to extremes. Kekkou yells at him for forgetting what honor really is.
His seiyuu is Yanada Kiyoyuki, who has played such characters as Tamiya-sempai in Aa! Megami-sama, Gateau Mocha in Bakuretsu Hunters, and Shutendouji in Samurai Troopers.
