12/8/99- Well, I saw Princess Mononoke today. Wow, what a cool movie. I'm not even gonna try to tell you how cool it was. Just go see it. It makes you realize just how shitty every movie Disney makes really is.

11/28/99- My good buddy Snappindragon was cool enough to color one of the pics in my gallery and it looks unbelievably cool. Go here to check out a colored version of Bevel. Muchas Gracias Dragon.

11/21/99- Wow, haven't posted in a while have I? Guess it's true what they say about life getting in the way. Since last time I got all the pins outta my arm, am back in college, and am just truckin' along. There's not that much news, well, not that you're interested in anyway. I'm planning on updating and redesigning the site before the new year at the very latest. There's gonna be a bunch of new pics, a bunch of new manga and all kinds of cool stuff. That's all, stick around. I'm almost done with the Cuba manga and you should at least get a few laughs out of it, regardless of your interest in South American countries. Sayonara.

8/6/99- Well, here I am in the beautiful Florida Keys. I'm having very little fun, cause I have six pins attached to this thing called a fixator drilled into my left humerus (upper arm). It's holding my arm together until the bone heals up (long story, don't ask). But since we come down here every year to freedive and snorkel and catch lobsters and spear fish and get drunk and all that, there isn't a lot I can do (except for that last part, I'm doing alright in that area so far). As a matter of fact, I went out on the boat all day today (first day of lobster season) with the family and now my poor arm is killing me. Everyone was bumping into it, and since everyone else was in the water, I had to do all the manual labor on the boat. So tomorrow and every day after, they're gonna have to do without me while I sleep in late. I'm getting all this shit removed in about a week or two, so I'll be happy then...

Oh well, at least there's a Jackie Chan movie on right now, and it's not "The Big Brawl". The new sketches gallery is up and running, and I've been inking a lot of pics during my vacation. Expect a total redesign of the Honeycomb during the month of September. Hopefully it will assume it's proposed look then, instead of the goofy little thing I just threw together that it is now.

Can you believe that it's only 11:50 and I'm about to fall out? I must really be tired. I never go to bed this early. Well, I guess that's it. Hope everyone's having a nice vacation!

7/29/99- Technically, it's 7/30. I guess this is gonna be a habit. I have had a hell of a busy week. Aside from the usual stress and BS, I somehow managed to erase my entire gallery file. So, anyone who might have visited in the past few days (both of you,) would have noticed that.

There's a new image in the "newstuff" gallery. I look at all the art on this page and think it looks pretty crappy, because almost none of it's inked. That'll change soon, and I'm gonna start experimenting with color and computer animation too. Other than that, I scanned in about 40 pics this last weekend, so expect more updates plus 2 new galleries: "Sketches" and "Relics" (really, really old art that I think is cool enough that someone should see it, even if it is prety crude). Hopefully Anipike's congestion will be resolved soon and I can submit this page.

In two days, my family and I will be leaving for our yearly trip to the Florida Keys. Fortunately I'll have the laptop and a server down there, but since I have all the image files on MY comp, and I don't know how to use the briefcase function, I'm gonna have to do some mad uploading to FC. Hopefully though, I'll have a bunch of new images up within the next week.

And if that wasn't enough, there is something HUGE in the works for the Digital Honeycomb. I don't wanna tell you much about it, but it is a massive project and I know you'll love it. Plus some major webpage restructuring (if you like the little topless girl on the frontpage, better copy the image soon, cause it won't be there much longer).

hey, it's 1:30 AM, lemme go to bed...

7/23/99- Technically it's 7/24, but what do we care, huh? I just felt I should write something here. Umm... you know, I do a lot of flying, and I always buy a book from the newstand for the plane. But not just any book. When I'm flying, I like to read fantasy books about dragons and elves and dwarves and barbarians and amazon women in chain mail. I don't know why, because I never read these books when I'm at home. But on a plane, I'll get physically ill if I'm not reading a good AD&D book.

I hope you enjoyed today's entry. Be prepared for some major updating this weekend. Oyasumi nasai!

7/21/99- hey, it's late, lemme go to bed and I'll tell you about today tomorrow... *snooooore!*

7/20/99-Umm... I got up around 10:45... I had to go and run some errands for the folks... uhhh... a bunch of old people came over and I had to turn the TV down... I studied my Japanese a little... we had pork chops, green beans and potatoes for dinner (yummy!)... that's pretty much it I guess... right now I'm watching "Cow and Chicken"... I dunno, I guess I coulda done more today... What do you think? I mean, I spent a good three hours running those goddamn errands, and I had to clean out the pool too. Listen to all the places I had to go and tell me if I didn't do a lot today:

Did I mention that when I cleaned out the pool the old leaf trap-thingy was broke so I had to scoop out all the leaves and stuff with my hands. There are dead spiders and shit in there man! And this is Florida! We got spiders that can take your damn head off! Do you know how gooey a drowned big-ass spider is? Jesus Christ, I'm gonna be sick just thinking about it (wretching, vomiting sounds). uggggg... my parents suck.

Oh yeah, I was walking around the neighborhood and I saw a little snake. This little dude was about 4 inches long but he thought he was the shit. He coiled up and hissed at me... so I stepped on him. No, I wouldn't do that. I love nature and all the things in it. I did spit on him though, and he struck at it, which really made me laugh coz this little guy had a strike of about half an inch. My mom happened to be with me and she was freaking out bigtime. She was convinced it was a "ground rattler". "But it has no rattle", I astutely observed. "Ground rattlers don't have a rattle son, don't you know that?" she shot back smugly. "Then why the hell are they called 'ground rattlers'?" I quickly returned. "Well, it's a viper."

Don't you just love "mom logic"?.. I gotta get out of the South as soon as possible...

7/19/99-Not much, how about you?
