Physical Appearance:	Slender and willowy. Her well-proportioned body and long, spider-silk wings mask powerful muscles and reserves built up after years of trans-ocean flights. Flicks *between* with a will and is adept at remembering where she is and where she's been. Her wings would be long on a larger dragon built her finely tuned sense of control and balance gives her the skydancing capability that was shown off at many an Istan Gather. Shiara is trained also, in daring wing-walking and balancing acrobatics. She always keeps her head in a crisis and doesn't object to trying new things. Gets bored easily. Because of her strong muscles, she is a powerful lifter.
Special Skills:	Agility and her amazing lifting power. Has flown above the queen's wing in Threadfall. She could turn on a button and throw it to Nerat.
History:	After being disgusted with the queen candidates presented to her, Kyrath found her match. But seeing the nearing green, she raced to Shiara and in her haste, knocked her over. No one has complained yet. After several years, the bored pair eagerly seized on the chance to relieve some of the monotony in SilverSmoke.
Personality:	Doesn't like to get mad. Hates that she cannot be heard by people she wants to give advice to. But she doesn't regret that while making her usual sarcastic commentary of the Conclave.
