Dragonrider/Weyrling, Moonflights
Dragon Name:
Corinifynth
Dragon Color:
Bronze
Mother/Father/Other Family:
Kesri, Mastersmith/S'ther, Brownrider
Physical Appearance:
Very (6') tall, very narrow
frame. Long legs. Wiry muscles. Goldish
skin. Large hands. Soft, dark
brown eyes with long lashes.
Has a soft, dark, silky voice
that makes some uneasy.
Dark brown hair, cut short (like
most boys cut their hair nowadays). Usually wears a baggy black leather
tunic over baggy black leather
pants. He belts the tunic around
his waist with a wide, dark blue belt with silver clasp.
His favorite colors are
blue, black, gold, and silver.
Wears a long, wicked dagger through
his belt. It has a blue opal
set where the blade joins the
hilt. The hilt is matte black,
the blade shining steel that
looks like silver.
Special Skills:
Can do most anything that
requires strong or nimble hands.
Knows how to make medicines
out of the raw materials. Good
at daggerfighting and can throw
large daggers/knives. Knows how
to put swordfighters at a
disadvantage against his
flashing blade. Can cut gems,
but prefers to carve rocks. In
fact, that is one of his hobbies.
Carving rocks. He keeps his tools
with him in a black hide pouch
hung at his belt.
History:
As his mother was a Mastersmith,
Jeronothien learned to work
rocks and gems. He also grew up
in Pernese luxury; Mastersmiths
aren't usually poor. His mother
and father died in the 12th Turn
of the 15th Pass from the same
illness, leaving Jeronothien with
no one to turn to; all his other
relatives were already dead or
succumbed to the illness also.
Jeronothien, desperate for
affection and care, attempted
to take his own life by
throwing himself into a river.
However, his body's instincts
saved him, forcing him to swim
towards the nearest shore. He
climbed out, quite lost and
quite far from any civilization.
He was found by WeyrWoman Vilei
when she was taking a pleasure
ride on Pleqith; he hailed the
two, and Pleqith insisted he
would make a *very* good
candidate. They took him to the
Weyr, where Vilei began to treat
him like a younger brother. He was
happy to stay at the Weyr where
he was cared for, and, as Vilei
told him, a very large chance
of Impressing. He did indeed Impress, and well; Bronze Corinifynth became his lifemate that day.
Personality:
Very quiet, doesn't talk much.
When provoked, will strike back
without hesitation. Dislikes
formal or social affairs unless
he can do something he thinks
humorous.
