Log on to the baja shard. Go to felluca. Go to Jhelom. Here is a map of how to get to the guild house...
It's just a quick boat ride from Jhelom. Becareful though, I would stop and walk the rest of the way once I got to that beach part. Sometimes there are water elentels in the sea.
