About Jellicle Cats
| I have introduced JC (Jellicle Cats) as a
"cousin" of the pooka. They have 9 lives, and have seen things from ages
past remembering most of their previous lives. Like (Classical) fae they cease to
exist when they finally die, unless picked togo to the heaviside layer, at the Jellicle
Ball. JC's have all the benefits and frailties of the normal fae plus the following abilities: Can change back and forth from their cat shapes as a pooka Can see in the near dark. Like to play with it's food. Very fine singing voices. They have perfect pitch and can sing at the same time in more than one key. Only JC's can attend the Jellicle Ball which is a grand affair held once a year at a secret location. There, the Jellical Leader (Old Deuteronomy) will appear and announce the "Jellicle Choice". This is the selection of one JC to be taken to the heaviside layer, where it is said that they live in a paradise for ever. |
