Ghoul
Ghouls are ranked into the demon classification, and legends vary widely as to their habits, from normal appearing people (in the day) who can bear children, to a blood sucking type of a jinn. In my game they are represented as a cemetery infesting creatures, that lure or waylay wayfarers foolish enough to get involved with them after dark. While Singular ghouls can be found, though it is not uncommon to find them in groups of a various ages and sex. Ghouls have an insatiable appetite living off of fresh corpses of those burred in graves, but they are strongly drawn to the taste of warm human blood. While legends have it that the bite of one is fatal, turning the victim in to a ghoul; I play it that their bite has a slower effect on one. Making them sick and losing a point of health a day till dead, at which time they become ghouls. To make it more interesting you may devise the cure yourself, though some suggestions are: A mage of course could help, prayed over by a holy person, or a elder little know folk cure with hard to find herbs. Str 2, Dex 1, Wits 2, Stamina 4, Perception 2, Alertness 2, Brawl 3, Health OK(x4), -1(x2), -2(x2), -5, Attack: Bite Str+2 plus special, Armor none, Willpower 7 One of their most devastating attacks is their number. Even a very strong human can not withstand the many clutching and grabbing hands of a group of ghouls. |
