Powers and Abilities
Flight
Mattie has the ability of flight thanks to the Gathering of the Five cermony. She can fly at a normal speed and float several feet from the ground.
Super Strength
The other power that Mattie recieved from the Gathering was super strength. She is incredible strong, she once swatted Spider-man away as if he was a paper doll.
Venom Blast
A power that Mattie inherited from Jessica Drew the original Spider-woman is the venom blast. Its a type of energy blast that can knock a person out, or destroy certain objects.
Clinging
Mattie can stick to walls, another power that she got from Jessica Drew. However, she hasn't practice using it much.
Psi-webbing
Psi-webbing is a powerful web substance that is incredibly strong. However, just like Spider-man's webbing it dissolves in an hour or so. Mattie got this power from the second Spider-woman, Julia Carpetner.
Spider Legs
Stealing the power from Charlotte Witter, the evil Spider-woman, Mattie recieved four spider type legs. The legs are incredible fast. They can scale walls, move like lightning, and seem to act to save Mattie with out her even thinking. Its still hard to tell what the full nature of the legs are.
