Evil Spider-woman
Charlotte Witter was a fashion designer who was into some pretty dark dealings. Those dealings lead her to working for Dr. Octopus who experimented on her. He transformed her into a human/spider hybrid. Able to absorb the powers of the previous Spider-woman, and then destory Spider-man. During a battle with Mattie Franklin, Charlotte's powers were transfered to Mattie. Leading Mattie to take up being Spider-woman again. However, Charlotte's powers started to slowly come back and after another battle with Spider-woman. Charlotte was committed to a mental hospital. Where she currently remains, with her hatred of Mattie Franklin growing more each day.
Flesh and Bones
Donna and Bess Bliss were two twin sisters who were successful models. But the presents of their over weight sister, Bonnie. Made the two always worry about their weight, since they didn't want to end up like her. After Bonnie suffored a heart attack, Bess and Donna sought out help of a dark magician. She made the perform a spell and drink a special potion that changed them. Donna became Flesh becoming skin that can take over and feed off other host bodies like a parasite. Bess was turned into Bones who is nothing more then a skeleton that is incredible fast and strong. Spider-woman encounter them working for Dolmon Grey a.k.a Shadraq. A battle broke out between them, causing Flesh and Bones connection to be broken. Since then Flesh has been searching for Bones and feeding off of other people. She has now made a pack with Itch and Scratch to get herself back on her feet. Leading to the rebirth of Bones and wanting to take their revenge on Spider-woman.
Shadowcaster
A ancient Egyptian priest, who angered a Egyptian Pharo and was buried alive in the Vally of the Kings. However, Shadowcaster made a deal with a ancient god for incredible powers and immortality. He was freed in the modern world and tried to reestablish his powers. Following his defeat at the hands of Spider-woman. Shadowcaster vanished, but he intends to bring the last dynasty of Egypt to the modern world, where he will rule supreme.
Cluster
An alien creature that has the ablity to separate into other versions of itself, or unite into a large creater to fight a common foe. Cluster is sent to other planets to see if the race is a threat and if so, they will conqure them. Spider-woman was able to destory Cluster's ship and ended the threat of the aliens, but they are now aware of the threat of Earth, and will return someday.
Shadraq
Originally the costume villain, Overide. Overide recieved the gift of Death in the Gathering of the Five ceremony. He was then taken over by Dolmon Grey, the creator of the ceremony. During a fight with Iceman and Spider-man. Overide merged with Dolmon, leading to his final death, and passing the powers of Shadraq to Dolmon. As Shadraq, Dolmon has the power of fire and his form of death to weild as he pleases. Dolmon intends to get all the shards from the Gathering of the Five, and use them to reesablish his powers and heal himself.
Exomorph
Brian Leighton was born with the ablity to alter the environment around him. He was taken to a metal hospital under the care of Dr. Meridian. Who used a new type of VR technology to see into Brian's mind. In doing so the darkness from Dr. Meridian's mind started to corrupt Brian more and more. Following an encounter by Spider-woman, Brian broke free from his prison and went on a rampage. Following his defeat, Brian's connection with Dr. Meridian was severed. But the corruption from the doctor's mind still remains inside of Brian. Just waiting for the perfect moment to come back out and destory the world.
Itch and Scratch
Little is known about the duo of Itch and Scratch besides the fact that they are the parents of Flesh and Bones.. The two possess great mind powers and magical ablities. They didn't show up until recently when the powerless Flesh was searching for Bones. They showed up offering to help their daughter and to rid the world of Spider-woman. They intend to not only accomplish their own goals but to reestablish the destiny bonds with Flesh and Bones and themselves. Which is family.
Nighteyes
Originally a thief, Erik was blinded by a terrible accident that kick started his dorment mutant powers. Erik found himself able to see through the eyes of cats and control the furry animals. He since them used them to committ his crimes and give himself sight in the world. In a deal with a local security agent. Erik was robbing priceless jewlery from people. His plans fell apart when Spider-woman showed up and defeated him. Erik intends to get free and take up his living for fine prizes using cats. But he also intends to get revenge on the one person who ruin his scheem, Spider-woman.
Scorpion
Mac Gorgan was working for J. Johna Jameson to discover Peter Parker's connection to Spider-man. After being made fun of, Jameson had Gorgan experimented on and turned into the Scorpion. However, the process made Gorgan insane and he has been a danger ever since. Recently being ultered by unknown people. The Scorpion is more dangerous then ever, and wants to destroy Spider-man and Jameson more then ever. But with Mattie living with her uncle Johna, its sure that Spider-woman will be there to fight him.
Ranger
The anachist known as the Ranger is a man of mystery. Possessing great strength and athletic ablities. The Ranger has been trying to kill a US Senator for a horrific crime he committed. Mattie, then possing as Spider-man handed the Ranger his defeat. But the Ranger thinks that Spider-man was the cause. The Ranger is now believe dead after a battle with the Z'nox and Senator Ward. He is believed dead, but the Ranger has walken away from worse situations.
The Brood
An evil alien race, that lives on destorying other races by implanting them with their eggs. Which turn the host body into a Brood, they also strive for absolute power and experimenting on those that will help them
achieve dominion on other races. Spider-woman shortly after defeating Charlotte Witter was drawn into their "Battle of Champions". While she was forced into a battle she couldn't win with the Human Torch. She help deal with the relentless aliens.
Since then they are enemies in each other's eyes.
