Powers(no more then 4): Cyclone Blast- holds her hands out infront of her,
creating a shifting ball of wind around them. She then fires a cyclone like
blast of air at the enemy.
Wind Wall- creates a great updrift which can stop most normal attacks.
Air Justice- literally pulls any magic out of the air and mixes it all
together while spinning once. Points one had at her target and fires the
mixure in the form of a concentrated beam.

Personality: Celeste is very quiet and removed, prefering to be by herself
most of the time. When approached she'll carry a nice conversation, but never
really reveals anything about herself. Can't stand some petty things, like
people who chew with their mouth open, or people with weird laughs. Basically
anything that isn't proper, making her very irritable. Sort of spoiled,
because of her upbringing.
Appearance: Smokey black hair which she keeps back in a pony tail with a ligh
violet ribbon. Very light violet eyes match her creamy complexion. A normal
build, just a little on the slim side. Her body doesn't take much physical
punishment. The color of her uniform is a light purple and blue.
History: Celeste was born to a very wealthy couple in Sakura. Being an only
child, she was spoiled with anything she wanted, when ever she wanted.
Because of her high status, her parents were always trying to arange a
marriage with their friends' sons. Celeste always declined, saying that she
didn't want to marry for status. After the 6th time her parents became
outraged, expelling her from her own home with no place to go.
    Ashamed, Celeste ran off to hide near Patheir, figuring that no human
would come to find her. She spent years practising the flute and the sword,
become very talented at both forms of art. Celeste would go to Pathier every
once in a while to buy necessities. On one such trip she met an unsually
friendly elven guy with blue named Trever. Soon she was going into town every
day to watch him play with magic, showing her all sorts of tricks. This is
when Celeste discovered that she had the power to control the wind, though
the strength of her magic was extremely week at that time. Trever taught her
how to train and strengthen her skill, much to her delight. In return she
played music on her flute for his listening pleasure. Celeste eventually fell
in love with him.
    But one day when she returned Trever wasn't there. His father rudely told
Celeste that he had vanished over the night then shooed her away from his
house, obviously detesting the human girl. Heart broken, Celeste left her
make shift home near Pathier, wondering anywhere where she might find her
love.
