ToC RPG: Earthy Goddess

       Players: Hoshi, Skye, Tatyana, Apolline, Alixa

          Skye slid off her horses saddle and looked around. she had been
 on her horse since Panya. She wasn't used to riding this much and looked
around.  It was later in the day and the storm clouds were gathering. "It's gunna
     rain."

          Tatyana nodded and looked around. there were a few bars open and
 a  few closed. The shops were begining to close down and people were
    scurrying home. She felt a shiver down her back as she saw lightning flash
 off  in the distance. She sighed, "We have enough money for the night. Where
    should we stay?"

          "Lets ask." Skye said andcaught a kid by his collar. She smiled
 at him. "Here kid wheres a good place to stay here?"

          "The best place is the where the flower of jade lives." he said
 and pointed to a place across the street.

          Skye shrugged and looked at Hoshi and Tatyana. "Well?"

          Tatyana nodded and walked to the tavern. She entered, Hoshi and
 Skye  following her. She sat at a table in the corner, skye took her
 left side and hoshi took her right. Tatyana shivered again, she could swear
  someone was  watching her.

          Alixa stood on the top of the building, watching the group of
 three.  She  frowned and jumped down lightly. Hellion had sent her to find
as much information about the town as possable, but with the rain coming
 on  she   wouldn't get much done. She dropped down and walked into the
 tavern,   grabbing a seat at the bar. She got a few stairs fromthe people
  there but she just staired right back.

          A heavy set man stepped up to the girls, a friendly smile on his
   face. "Welcome to the Firegrove in ladies, looking for a bite to eat
 or  planning to stay out of the rain for a night?" he asked them.

           "Both actually." Tatyana said and returned the smile. "We are
     travelers from Panya on our way to Rhiona. we are quite lucky that we made
 it here  before the storm caught us."

          Skye frowned as she watched the elf at the bar. She didn't like
 the feeling she got from the girl. Skye frowned and then shook it off, turning
     her attention to Tatyana and the man at their table.

          Kieran nodded, "Well then you three came to the right place, we
 have more than enough food and room. Also you're in luck, my daughters will
         be preforming soon. They're both pretty famous here." He explained
 to Tatyana.


         Two girls stepped out into the main room and people began to clap.
        The older  girl sat down and began to play her harp. While the other girl
began to  dance, her long golden hair dancing around as she twirled.

            "Ah there   they are now." Kieran said.

         Hoshi leaned forward on the table and rested
         on her elbows. "Woooooow." She
         breathed, then looked up at the big man,
         Kieran. "What're their names?"

         Kieran laughed lightly, "The one playing the harp is my oldest
 Karen, the one dancing is Apolline." he replied.

         The two soon stopped and the crowd applaused, Apolline skipped
over  to  her  father."Do we have more guest here?" she asked.

         Kieran nodded, "Three young ladies, I didn't cath your names."
he replied.

         "I'm Kinzoku Hoshi!" Hoshi replied, smiling.

         "I am Tatyana and my two friends are Syke and Hoshi." Tatyana said
  and  smiled. She bowed her head gently to the girl, Apolline. "You and
  your sister are very good. How long have you known how to do that?"

         Alixa watch the two girls and then saw the three over by the owner.
       She growel lowly and then smiled. She sat back and watched the group,
     waiting for the right moment.

           "I've always known how to dance for some reason, when I hear
the music I just know how. It's very strange sometimes." Apolline explained.

         Tatyana smiled gently and nodded to herself, making a note that
       sailorceres was always a great dancer. She offered Apolline a seat and said,
     "Please, join us, if your father allows you. I'd like to get to know you
    better."

         Syke raised an eyebrow and shrugged. She had to admit, she wanted
 to know  more about Apolline as well. She turned her head to glance at the
 bar and  spotted the elf girl again, but this time she realized why she
had  gotten  bad feelings before, "Alixa..." she whispered.

            Hoshi's eyes widened when Skye said Alixa's name, and her eyes
      wanderedover to the bar. She saw the elf girl, and turned back to Skye.
Hoshi  raised her eyebrows quickly, then looked at Apolline. "Yea, I wanna get
 to  know you too. I really wanna know how you dance so well!"

        Kieran laguhed lightly, "Have fun talking to these ladies my dear."
 he replied and hurried back to work.

        Apolline sat down in the seat Tatyana had offered,
          "Thank you, as for learning how to dance. It takes a lot of
 pratice, you need to listen to the beat of the music." she explained, while she
    spoke, she touch the rose in the vase on the table, with her touch it began
     to open  wided and grow.

        Tatyana heard Syke's whisper but she let it slip past her. She knew
  the hoshi and Syke could take enough care of the problem if it grew
to bad. She when she saw Apolline touch the flower she blinked a few times.
"Tell me Apolline, can you heal plants and help this grow by touching them?"

        Syke looked at hoshi and nodded, she sat back and watched Alixa.
 Her eyes settled on the girl and she watched everymovement. If Alixa made
 any sudden movements, Syke would be ready.

        Alixa smirked as she watched Syke. The girl was an idiot, alixa
had brought troops with her this time. The men were all over the bar, and out
  side. Alixa sipped her drink, laughing lightly. This time Alixa would
be ready  for those brats.

        Apolline blinked, "Oh, I didn't even relize." She muttered and then
   gave a sigh.  "I suppose I can't denye it, yes, ever since I was little I have
 had the ability to help plants grow. I cannot explain how though." she
  replied.

         "Tatyana.."Syke asked gently and touched her shoulder. Syke glanced
       at Tatyana and then back at Alixa. Most of the drunks were leaving
since it was late. Syke kept losing track of ALixa.

        "I know, Syke.." Tatyana said gently and looked at Syke for a
moment.  She turned back to Apolline and tilted her head, "Apolline, I've got
 one more  question, and then I might be able to explain how you help the
 plants. Can you understand animals sometimes? Or do they understand you at
 times?"

        Alixa smiled and dissappeared into the crowd. She knew that the
young girl that had joined then was a senshi. Why would they waste their time
  with her anyway? Alixa made her way over, using a disguse speel she changed
 her appearance and made her way to the table next to Tatyana's and
 Syke's.

           Hoshi's head wiped around. "I lost sight of her." She whispered
     quietly to Skye, then smiled at Apolline. "Yea, can you?"

       Apolline nodded, "Yes I can, I don't know why I was given such gifts
       though." she replied softly.

        Tatyana smiled and touched Apolline's hand, "I think I know why.."

       Alixa smiled and moved throught the crowd. She took out her knife
 and placed  it at Apolline's throat. "Ah... Yet another senshi? This time she
  dies."

       "No!" Syke said and stood so fast that her chair fell over.

      Hoshi stood up, narrowing her eyes at Alixa. "You're really that low?
  You are  attacking a poor defenseless girl. Even I didn't think you were that
      pathetic." Her eyes glowed and she put her fists up automatically
as a routine for fighting.

      Syke Pulled Tatyana to her feet and behind herself and Hoshi. Syke
  smiled  and lowered her head so she was looing at Alixa through her lashes.
 She whispered in her elven tongue and directed the comment at Alixa, "Your
     life will be mine, not now... but soon."

      Tatyana rubbed her wirst and then looked at the small stick that she
 had  placed in Apolline's hand. "Apolline, the words in your head, say
   them..." Tatyana said and then took up her own fighting stance. She was ready
  this   time.

      Alixa raised an eyebrow at Syke and Hoshi, "One more more and I slit
 her  throat."

         Hoshi kept her stance, but threw a look at Skye. She didn't say
     anything,  just kept her glaze locked on Alixa.

     Syke ran her finger over the henshin stick as it appeared in her hand.
   "I'd think about this Alixa..."

     "Oh I have...." Alixa said and smiled evily.

     Apolline blinked and nodded, "Ceres Star Power Make UP!" she yelled
 and  transformed into Sailor Ceres. She stepped beside Alixa.
        "I will not allowe you to destroy my home!" she said with
   determination.

     Alixa's faced turned red from anger and she smlied then. She smashed
 a  window and darted outside. She laughed as her soilders gathered and
    prepared to burn the tavern. "Come out and fight or I burn you all inside."

     "We have no choice...." Tatyana said and shook her head. She looked
 to  Hoshi  and Syke, "Transform and fight, I'll get everyone out of here." She
 shook her head at Syke's oncoming protest, "I have no power and I'd get in
 the way like last time."

     Syek sighed and then nodded. "Water Star Power, Make UP!" Syke was
  covered in blue light and was changed into her uniform. She smiled and winked
 at the other two. "Time to get dirty." She said as she jumped out the window.

        "Fire Star Power, Make-UP!" Hoshi yelled, and was covered in flames.
 A second later she was dressed in her uniform, and she darted out the
 window after Mokima. "C'mon Ceres!" Phebos yelled, hitting the ground wrong
 and skidding. "Whoa!!" She yelled, grabbing onto a tree and steadying
 herself. "Hehe...." She blushed a furious red.

    "We're here Alixa." Mokina said and glared at the elf-woman. She held
 out one hand and a small amount of water began to dance and swirl in her
 palm.

    Alixa smirked and then laughted evilly. She mounted her horse and turned
  to her small army, "Kill them or don't return. And...... burn the tavern."
  She kicked her horse and darted off. She knew her chance to get out when
 she saw  it.

    Tatyana saw the red flames being thrown into the house. She quickly
made her way upstairs and started getting people out. She glanced out the window
 as the guards surrounded the senshi. "Good luck guys...."

    Syke looked around and then stepped back. She glanced at the house as
 it began to catch fire. "Shit," She cursed and glared at the guards. She
    realized that they weren't real guards, but grunts. Stupid but strong
   Youma. "Double shit."

       Phebos steadied and glanced up when she heard Mokima curse. She
looked  towards where the blue-haired girl was staring. "Aw crap!" She growled,
   running back over to Mokima's side. "Wanna just start attacking, or see
  that the people get out of the tavern safely?" Phebos whispered.

   Mokina shook her head and glanced around. There were about 10, maybe
15 guards. The three of them could probably beat them. mokina smiled and
  turned to Phebos, "Tatyana can get the poeple out. I say we have some fun, mabte
   lead these goons away from the tavern first. Maybe to the clearing over
   there?" Mokina ask and pointed to a open area.

      Phebos looked over and at the clearing. "Looks good. I need to
practice anyway." She grinned up at Mokina and ran forward. She jumped and hit
one of the guards in the chest, used him to leap in the air, and then she darted
  towards the clearing. A quick glance over her shoulder told her the plan
 was working; a few of the guards were following her. Phebos skidded to a stop
 in the middle of the clearing, waiting for them to catch up.

  Mokina laughed and jumped over another guard. She shot a small ball of
  energy at a guard and raced into the clearing. She slid to a stop not
far  from Phebos. She turned around and took up a fighting stance. She smiled
 as she held out her hands, causing water to swirl around her hand. "Stupid
  guards going down...."

  Tatyana had helped most of the people in that tavern out. She watched
the  building begin to burn faster and Tatyana sighed. She saw Ceres and Mokina
  and Phebos out in the field, she smiled and then smirked. "You can do
it  guys."

     Phebos giggled. "Yup yup. Flaming Fists of Rage!" She called, her hands
 turning into little fireballs. She leapt forward, dealing a series of
 burning punches to one of the guards.

 Sailor Ceres's called her eyes and held out her hands, "We need to get
them outside." she told the others. "Vine Wip!" she yelled and a bunch of plant
 vines wrapped around the soldiers, dragging them outside. Sailor Ceres
 followed them.

 "Water Ball!" Mokina screamed and threw it at the the oncoming guards.
She smiled as a few of the guards started to run away. She laughed and punched
 the air "They're running away! We're winning!"

    Phebos grinned as the guard she was attacking ran away in flames. She
looked at Mokina and winked. "Practice makes perfect." She said, running
after a few of the guards and flinging a few fireballs at them.

Tatyana smiled as the dark troopers ran off. She smiled and then ran out,
waving her hands at the senshi. She had helped the people of the town put
out the fire. She raced out to the senshi and smiled at them. She moved
over
to Ceres as the guards around her ran off. "Apolline...."

Sailor Ceres was still in awe of the whole ordeal, she looked at her sailor
fuku and then back at Tatyana with a smile.
  "Now I know why I was given such gifts." she commented.

"Apolline, the forces that you and the other two senshi, Hoshi and Syke,
have fought off are trying to take over this world. As a senshi, you are
destined to fight off these evil forces." Tatyana said and then smiled
gently, "Please say you'll join our fight."

Sailor Ceres smiled sweetly as a small group of birds landed on her shoulder's chirping happily.
  "I would be honored to." she replied.
