Family:  He lives alone in a small cabin on the edge

Personality:  Erland is a serious, but kind person.
He works hard, but is easily distracted-he might be
out hunting, and start picking berries because he's
hungry,and forget all about his prey.  He has a lot of
half-finished wood carving projectsat home, dropped
when something interesting happened to take him away.
He isvery proud of his independence, and is a little
scornful of people who are dependenton others in every
possible way.  He conducts his life with honor, never
unfairlyharming someone's reputation or attacking them
from behind, not even when surprise is necessary.  He
believes that if it can't be achieved fairly, then it
isn'tworthwhile.

Appearance:  Erland is tall and in good shape, from
training and from wood-choppingand other chores around
his home.  He has blue-gray hair, so dark it's hard to
tell whatcolor it actually is.  He smiles rarely, but
when he does, his whole face lights up andthe one he's
smiling at can feel the warmth within him.  His muddy
brown eyesare soft and warm, until he's fighting.
Then they freeze over, letting no emotionshow.  He
dresses very casually, in long-sleeved plain cotton
shirts and trousers,always wearing a pair of heavy
boots.

Transformed appearance: The main color of Honor
Knight's uniform is pearl gray, witha darker shade of
gray going up half of his forearms and up the front of
his upper arms,as well as covering the sides of his
legs.  The "armor" on his arms, shoulders and torso is
black.  He has a black belt buckled around his waist,
with two nunchaku in "holsters" at his sides.

History:  Erland grew up in the forest, raised by his
mother and father.  They raised him to have a strong
sense of self-reliance and honesty, tellinghim that a
man who could live on his own was the strongest man of
all.  He grewup enjoying the simple life, living with
his parents as an adult for years, since thatwas
easier than going out to find a new place to build a
cabin.  They lived happilyfor a very long time, until
one day when a monster attacked.  They never knewwhy,
or where it came from.  The monster severely injured
Erland's father, andwas about to kill him when Erland
ripped him away and fought him with unnaturalspeed and
strength.  He managed to drive the monster away, but
his father wasbadly hurt.  He never recovered, and his
parents had to move to the city forbetter medical
treatment.  Erland stayed behind, and lives in his
cabin alone.
