Before the concepts known as reality and time existed, there existed two opposite fundamental principles which made up the universe, "positive" force and "negative" force; more easily understood as "good" force and "evil" force. These two forces existed on seperate levels beside each other. Reality -- the existence of space and time -- began when these two opposite forces spilled off their levels and mixed together in an area somewhere between. The eternal conflicting of these forces generates the existence of the space time continuum. This universal, chaotic struggle is fought within what is called the soul. And with the soul, the basis for a new theme, life, began.

The race of humans, the Aenor, were thus born on a planet deep within the galaxy. They struggled with each other like savages in the beginning but, over time, learned to grow and prosper. During the millions of years the Aenor reigned, they grew more and more advanced. Learning and growing, they passed through the ages technology. The advancements of the Aenor lead to the elimination of all sicknesses and ailments of humanity. Eventually, the technological power of the Aenor evolved them into gods. The Aenor became an unimaginable existence. But, even at this time, the Aenor could not control the conflict of positive and negative forces within them that generates all reality.

At one point, the Aenor finally discovered the internal struggling of good and evil forces with in them. They had already eliminated all things negative to their existence, and they sought to eliminate the negative force from their souls. This would be the ultimate advancement, to rupture the fundamental principle of the space time continuum -- to create a soul of entirely positive force. This would be a mistake, but the Aenor saw it as a way to create the perfect existence of pure good. Eventually, this was done. The Aenor removed from their souls the negative force, and with that, the conflict.

This ultimate advancement created a wrinkle in the space time continuum, and the fundamental forces of the universe were out of balance. An unpredicted effect occurred. The forces of the universe attempted to restore balance. Within the Aenor, one was born without the positive force in his soul, existing entirely of negative force. A being of pure evil to counter the existence of pure good. Later, philosophers would call this effect a "��mdall�on".

This human was called Victilmar, and he acted the only way total unpositive force could -- desiring to bring life to nothingness. A war of unimaginable scale was fought against him. Victilmar used the powers of the Aenor to completely wipe the planet of every living and nonliving thing; every city, person, animal, blade of grass and microorganism. Before all was lost, Victilmar was defeated. But, like the positive force Aenor, he was not only human but a force which could not be destroyed. His physical body had been destroyed, but the Aenor were so advanced that they were not limited to physical form. Victilmar devised certain "systems" which would ressurect him.

All that remained on the charred planet now were the fully positive Aenor, but they would soon lose their powers and fade into the same void as Victilmar. With the last of their powers they created safeguards to stop the systems which would restore Victilmar. They did this by sealing the restoring-system away with and locking them away with special "keys". Then they used their powers to spawn a seed which would someday grow into a race of enhanced humans who would exist to ensure that Victilmar would never be reborn. These last Aenors grieved the loss of their planet and blamed it on their own arrogance by trying to control of forces not meant to be tampered with. Finally, they sacrificed themselves so that their last powers would fall to the earth and repopulate it with green vegetation.

It was over a million years before any signs of life once again appeared on the earth. It drifted around the sun as a lifeless rock for endless revolutions before the Aenor's powers finally created a life form. Then botanical life grew rapidly, spreading green across the planet once again. Trees, grass, and flowers, once again populated the earth as they had in the beginning. Animal life too once again spread the earth. Now, the enhanced humans would have a planet full of life to inhabit once they appeared.

But before those humans appeared on the green earth, someone else found occupancey there first. The galactic entity, Bahamut, discovered the lush green planet and decided to retire there. Bahamut was a dragon, born somewhere deep in space billions of years ago. He settled on the earth and began a race of dragons who lived there peacefully. After a few more eons, the the new race of humans, the Limdals, finally appeared.

The Limdal were humans, but advanced with a magical power called "��mure". ��mure is a mystery even today. No one is exactly sure where it came from, although there are several theories: a manmade plane of reality created by the advanced race of Aenor which was not destroyed by Victilmar, a power left behind to the Limdals by the fully positive Aenor when they sacrificed themselves, or possibly the ability to take advantage of the nautral forces of the crumbling reality since the ��mdall�on effect first occurred.

Simply the existence of the Limdals kept the systems left behind by Victilmar from "turning themselves on". The Limdals also protected the keys which locked away the system to ressurect him. The Limdals were peaceful and were friendly with the Dragons. These guardians had no difficulties with their task, there was no one to protect the seals from.

With such boredom, the Limdals began to seperate and follow different paths. As years passed, evolution made the Limdals more diverse; some tribes forgot the duty of the Limdal and became savage, others had no need for powers and changed into regular humans, others still lived deep underground or in other locations which would cause physical differences with the rest. The spreading of the Limdal, animal life, the using of the ��mure power, and the presence of the Dragons contributed to the intense variation of life forms on the planet. New species grew so rapidly no one could keep track. The single race of Limdals diversed into several species, then to many, then to hundreds. Although the Limdals still existed, the new races were different, some nothing like the original Limdals.

After living seperately for so long, the races expanded on began to conflict with each other. Naturally, this lead to a war which would affect all life on the planet. It lasted many years, causing the Limdals to forget their purpose even more. The world became such a savage place the Dragons lost faith in the creatures of the world and hid themselves away deep within the earth, cuttin off connections to the humans. History past this point is chaotic and confusing. Millions of races were born in the world, and the Limdals became forgotten. After so much fighting, people began forming new civilizations -- countries, nations, and empires. It continued for thousands of years. The power of ��mure was studied less and technology once again became important. The world was again filled with people and it became a busy, crowded place. The sealed power of Victilmar had been forgotten long, long ago except to the few remaining traditional Limdals. But even those Limdals began to disappear.
