The Rules

The reasons we have rules are obvious. It is so no one gets too godlike. The rules are just to prevent chaos, not to annoy people... Well some are (j/k yea I know it was corny and not funny in the least). Please abide by these rules, they are fairly easy to abide by.

Fighting Rules:

• To do actions such as offense, thoughts, what your currently doing, and defense use brackets<>
• Using telepathy for those who can, use two colins in the beginning of the message and two at the end like so ::Hey lets do this to take that person down::
• You have to Aim! Aim at the persons head or whatever.
• No god moding in battles, you must take some hits, depending on levels in which case if you are ultimately stronger you can dodge all attacks easily.
• You can fire off 3 uncharged Finishers but only 3, if you fire 4+ then you will die yourself through lack of energy.
• You do not have to charge regular energy/magic tactics, unless it is a judged match and/or Tournament in which the rule might change.
• Finishers are unlimited but must be charged, and charging takes 15 seconds and lowers each time you gain a level higher.
• To win a fight there must be one of two things to happen; your opponent gives up, or you kill your opponent.
• The two players do not have to agree to fight with one another, this is gonna be like real life, if you attack someone and the other places you on ignore or such its their problem because you can still kill them.
• If you die it takes 2 weeks for your character to come back to life or someone uses the Dragonballs to resurrect you, you may come back to the rooms but you can not do any actions.

Wishing Rules:

• Dragonballs can only be located on Earth alone and some people might have ownership to some so check it out
• Since these are new DBs the person can have 2 wishes per gather
• No wishing for Immortality or Invincibility
• No wishing for more wishes
• It takes one week for the DBs to recharge back to normal
• People can not be killed more then 5 times otherwise they are gone forever

Fusion Rules:

• You can only fuse with one person so choose wisely
• Fusions last 15 minutes
• One person takes offenses and the other defenses, they represent this by using O (for offense) and D (for Defense) At the end of their name
• They must change their name to something with the fusion like Vegeta+Goku= Vegetto or Gogeta
• You can combine moves and use moves that both characters can
• You do not have to be similar in anyway except for Gender
