Childhood: He was born on the slopes of Dragonmount and found by Tam al'Thor who brought him home to the Two Rivers. Rand grew up in Emond's Field.
Personality: He is a natural leader.
Early Adventures: Left Emond's Field with Moiraine after the Trolloc attack on Winternight. Traveled with Mat and Thom on Bayle Domon's ship to Whitebridge after the group got separated at Shadar Logoth.
