Astral Proficiencies

The Astral Plane is no place to be found unskilled, as many memory cores'd tell you (if they could). It serves a berk well to know those trades unique to the Silver Void, and those proficiencies are given in the Guide to the Astral Plane. Unfortunately, players using the Skills & Powers option need to convert those proficiencies to the new system. Well here's some good news: it's been done for you! Below are the Players Optiontm statistics for those Astral proficiencies. Note that these nonweapon proficiencies are available to any character class who has trained and learned in the Astral Plane. A good rule of thumb is to allow a PC the proficiency if she's earned the half of the required amount of character points while adventuring in the Silver Void.
