Al's one of the few level-headed officers of the Tank Police. He's often drowned out by the din of his fellow officers, and frankly his rookie rank doesn't help him much either. Another one of those guys who normally blends into the woodwork, Al has done a number of things to protect his partner Leona, especially when he took a bullet to prevent her from being hurt. He survived and recovered, but still is as loyal as ever. Al is the actual brains behind their tank, Bonapart, as he drives the mini-tank. Leona often gets angry with him and kicks him in the head *ouch* leaving a bootmark atop his poor little skull.
