I wasn't quite sure if I wanted to make separate pages for each specific herb or just put the whole lot on one page. I'm going to try the latter right now and see how it works. I might make a second page if the list gets too long.
This list of herbs comes from a variety of sources and I am in no way responsible for it's correctness. Some herbs are VERY TOXIC. Use all herbs at you own risk!

Aloe
Description: A spiky cactus like plant, it is best grown in a pot and bought at a shop to make sure it is an actual aloe plant.
Used For:Aloe can be used in healing and beauty spells, to rejuvenate lost beauty etc. Cleopatra used the gel inside of the leaves to make her skin soft and to ensure her beauty. It is connected to Venus, the moon, and the element of water. it guards against evil in the home, and accidents. Aloe if hung in one's doorway will drive away evil and bring good luck.
Amaranth
Description: flower with a globe like top and bachelor button like colors.
Used For: Amaranth was used in pagan burial rituals. A crown of amaranth flowers worn on one's head can speed healing. And it has been used to make sure one was never stuck by a bullet... to do this take the whole amaranth plant on a Friday during the full moon. Leave an offering to the plant and fold it, in a piece of white cloth. Wear this against one's breast and therefore be bullet proofed. Dried amaranth has been used to call forth the dead and was used by the sick to cure broken hearts etc. A wreath of amaranth worn will convey invisibility, however I would suggest just wearing the bloom of the flower to see what will happen. Amaranth is traditionally associated with the planet Saturn, the element of fire, and has been used for healing, protection, and invisibility.
