HW: 	Then, by your peace, honor, and blood, these oaths 
    	shall be sealed. *hands the Initiate a dagger blade first; a
    	glowing purple ter'angreal lies encased in the hilt*

In:  	*takes the dagger and slices their forearm [and don't be a wimp
    	about it! :)]* Peace above peace, honor above honor, blood
 	above blood...

[A channeller of the Initiate's choosing comes to heal their wound, 
leaving a scar for rememberance. The current Tower healer-person 
will stand in if the Initiate has no preference.]

HW: 	*clasps the Initiate's arm with a warm smile* Welcome,
	[Initiate's familiar name], into the Purple Tower. This dagger
 	is yours in rememberance of this day; the ter'angreal imbedded
 	in the hilt which bound you to your duties shall also enhance
 	your perception to assist you in the fulfillment of those
