This page consist of some rules that had been passed. Please read over these rules carefully.

1. When a meeting approches, and one that does not notify me ahead of time, saying one cannot make it, one shall be deranked after 3 missings of the meetings, without notification.

2. A member that does not have any contact with the clan, as far as meetings, or e-mails, shall be concidered out of BlackDragon after the second week of no contact.

2. Advisors has 5 hits.
   
3. Master Illusionist has 5 hits.
   
4. High Illusionist has 4 hits.
   
5. Illusionist has 3 hits.
   
6. Master Ninja or Guard has 3 hits.
   
7. High Master Ninja has 4 hits.
   
8. Assassin has 5 hits.
