Aurora Amberdrake
Born the daughter of a small village prostitute, her young life was neither fun, nor enjoyable. Any man in the entire village could have easily been her father, and when their wives or girlfriends were not around, they all treated her with kindness, occasionally giving her birthday and Christmas gifts. However, when their women were around, she was just another woman to be stepped on, with no special consideration whatsoever.
It was the death of her mother at age 14 that caused her to leave the village, traveling for thousands of miles before she reached her current spot. On her way she learned many tricks; such as, how to defend herself, use a whip, and steal.
By the time she reached RhyDin, she was easily one of the best pickpockets and robbers the land could ever fear to see. Due to her very distinct class prejudices, she makes sure to never steal from people below the poverty level, and only to steal things that the Lords can not use their peasants to get back.
Now, at the young (yet very mature) age of 16, she owns, runs, and lives in the Tree Top Tavern, and can very often be found in the company of Adrine Anderal, the strange man that she can't help but love....
