Wynn's Words of Wisdom: This week witnessed the return of the greatest female archmage, Wynn Shadowmere. Hooray! Hooray! After a few minutes of discussion we determined that this newsletter and people everywhere could benefit from some words from Wynn. This week's words are:

Finn's Fantastic Facts: Also just in this week we received a request from one our more famous and ascended readers to please provide a more educational section for the readers. Normally we would have simply refused on the basis that this newsletter, or any form of news for that matter is not about facts but a good story, truth has nothing to do with it. However we decided to relent since we like living and sunlight rammed you know where never feel good. *Update on the Under Dark Quest:

The Underdark is a mean and nasty place, and its cities are often more dangerous than wandering out there in the dark on your own. While Syl and Sandy made arrows, bolts, daggers, darts, and a lance, the other more magically inclined people took care of renting the shop. We all had to sign an agreement of all things to pay for any internal damage to the alchemy shop. Sandy, the accountant did not like this but since it was not her money only felt partially bad about it. We asked a divine being to help us and even got some help from the shop keeper in killing the devil. Finally our Fearless leader gathered everyone together except Stoney who was sleeping and could not be woken, even with Ir'zula's ministrations. Syn, I'rzula, and Kayla discovered false information about the devil's bane suggested by the shop keeper even though I'rzula insisted that it was in her crotch. Heading down into the basement to activate a portal to our impending doom as Kayla trapped the place for any unwanted visitors and Fury sucked the place dry of residual magic. Fearless leader Rachan discovered an extra visitor in Sandy compliments of the previous night's heated play time between Sandy and Furious Flash. At about that time the portal to imprisonment's plane opened and everyone went through. The fight was shortly extended to twenty seconds equivalent to two years but we destroyed the wicked devil with a few eye shots and a soul sucking blade. Of course labor was nine seconds long for Sandy and the child escaped into the portal. We scooped up the blood in the pit and with a fast paced beat raced back to further impending doom, for upon escaping the plane we found one of our buddies Big Brother "M" dead upon the floor, Syn and another unknown man threatening each other. Oho what will happen next to the fate trended adventurers? Who could possibly kill Big Brother "M"? Who is the mysterious man and did he kill our beloved brother? Why is even our brother here? The saga continues next week...

An Interview with the Big "D"

Today we decided to ask some important questions of the former ruler of Alcator and head of the House of Dragons. Dmetrius was very helpful and open. He also chose this time to announce formally to all the readers of this wonderful newsletter his retirement from politics. Dmetrius has officially been anointed the Head Gardener position of Demonholm and Lord Mourne. He reveals below his hopes and expectations along with recent events that have transpired in his new position.

Q: What is your race and position?
A: I am a star metal draconian and I hold the official position of gardener now.
Q: What is your favorite and most exciting plants to work with?
A: I would say Lady Runestone's black roses are my primary favorite. Although the most exciting plants to work with are the carnivorous plants, especially when they try to bite through my metal skin. It is very amusing to watch them try so hard to penetrate.
Q: What projects do you have planned as head gardener?
A: I once thought of putting roses in the windows of the Tower of Demonholm but Lord Mourne thought that it would be a tad too much. I guess I have been content with the many projects and exciting duties that already existed when I arrived to really seriously consider adding any more to my work load.
Q: What previous skills have you found useful to your new position?
A: Well alchemy for one has helped with providing proper nourishment and allowed me to know how to properly trim and care for the majority of the plants. However my creation breath has provided the most fascinating way of working nature's miracles for I can literally create the plants as I see fit with a little careful puffs. Of course I mostly use this to aid in the plants recovery after some hapless and uncaring person happens to disturb their growth. I don't like people messing with my plants. It makes me angry that days of work can be destroyed in a matter of moments, ah but my apologies I stray from the topic...
Q: Ah, yes but oh well. Tell us did you see yourself in this position 5 years ago?
A: *Chuckle* Five years ago I would have never thought that I would be a gardener with all my titles and power and responsibilities. I thought the simple life was not within my grasp. I am very content now to be out of all that stuff. Gardening is the only way to go.

Dmetrius plans on staying on at his current position for quite some time. When asked about what he thought about current events his last words were as he walked away were "Good Luck cause you are going to need it, and don't forget I am NOT in charge any more!"
