As you know there are 8 races to choose from
in dominia. They are, in no particular order:
Human
Humans are very good all around. When they multiclass it costs
them one credit less than all other classes. Humans have no racial bonus
of any kind though.
Elf
Elves are also a good class. While it costs
them more credits to multiclass they do have many benefits. The begin
the game with the skill tame. They can also forage in the forest
for food when they are hungry, which other classes can not do. One
other plus about the elves is that they have permanent infravision, which
allows them to see in the dark.
Goblin
Goblins are theives at heart. They can
also see in the dark and they can breed with other goblins like there is
no tommorow to make little baby goblins which follow them around.
Dwarves
Dwarves have the natural ability to repair weapons.
Their success rate is not very good in the beggining but should improve
as they get more experienced.
Minotaurs
Minotaurs are by far the largest of the races.
They begin the game with the skill gore, which will inflict a moderate
amount of damage at no cost to the minotaur. They are easily the
strongest in the game.
Fairies
Fairies are incredibily small. They come
fully equiped with a set of wings which lets them fly around from place
to place. They are naturally magical and regenerate mana at double
the speed of other races. They also have the spell glamour which
they can cast on themselves or others
Merfolk
Merfolk live naturally underwater but that doesnt
mean they cant come on land. They can move through water without
losing oxygen. They also regenerate more of their stats per tick
under water then they do when sleeping on land.
Ghouls
Ghouls begin the game with sense life. Sense
life lets them see everything that is hiding in the room they are in.
They also have a skill called feed. This allows them to feed on corpses
to gain extra stats. By feeding on corpses they may also gain the infravision
spell for a certain number of hours, depending on the level of the corpse
compared to the level of the player.
