Here are the General Guidelines if you are bringing yourself or a guild here:
First, only persons and guilds of Evil/Dark/Chaotic/Neutral alignments will be accepted.
Second, guilds applying must have at least 10 members to be considered.
Third, there is to be no attacks or killing of the KotEM High Council. To do so will result in the attackers death.
Fourth, you can transfer dice and gold to KotEM, but dice over d85 shall be audited immediatly.
Fifth, rosters are expected one the 1st of each month, and you will recieve experience and gold twice during the month, as long as the roster has been sent in.
Sixth, All freelancers shall be registered, along with assassins, healers, priests and priestesses.
Seventh, Murder is prohibited. You can not assassinate someone without a contract, to do so is murder, and you shall be dealt with accordingly.
Eighth, All DM's, Assassinations, Rezz's and other such activities that you need a REG# for are to be sent in to the appropriate person, for approval.
