Luumphora 1st- New Year's Day
Luumphora 12th- Seeding Day (traditionally the day farmers planted crops, though modern farmers usually plant much later - supposedly the first surface crops planted after the Annihilation were planted during this week long ago)
Luumphora 20th- Newgrow Day (based on Seeding Day, the first day a farmer could see the new shoots pop up through soil)

Damory 24th- Midsummer's Eve

Gaeyani 1st- Summer solstice

Denolin 11th-14th- Wind Change Days (during this time, usually, weather patterns shift towards autumn and winter)

Nandron 1st- Autumnal Equinox

Nexuch 12th- The Night of Three (Magic usually increases power every year on this day, and every 5000 years or so there's a conjunction of three important stars, which the day is named for- the actual years around the conjunction see an even greater increase in power, and the conjunction night itself is always known for incredible happenings)

Cenobry 1st-6th- Winter Festival (sort of a Yule celebration)
Cenobry 24th- Longnight

Annilux 1st- Winter solstice
Annilux 7th- Day of Betrayal (tradition holds that this was the actual day the civil war started.)
Annilux 10th- The Annihilation Day (tradition also holds that exactly one year after the first Betrayal Day, the Annihilation itself happened on this day.)
Annilux 11th-Therino 10th- Month of the Invisible Death (most of the casualties among those who survived the Annihilation itself happened during the month following it, and this is to honor their memory. However, even modern times tend to see a lot more death during this month than normal, for unknown (and probably better left unknown) reasons.)

Therino 11th-14th- Wind Change Days (the weather and wind patterns change towards spring and summer)

Zoltra 9th-16th- Sowing Week (Most modern farmers actually plant crops during this week, though it's a far cry from tradition stated above in the month of Luumphora.)
