Will Michael Manson become "Geriatrics" 'Man of the Year' for his outstanding achievements in the field of employing the elderly!
Did Joe LeBron lose a f***ing war!? ...or was it a bet, Joey!?
The alleged World Title Tournament must've been Malec's idea though, right!?
What is going on around here? Really, Does anyone have the faintest idea?
We have great talents and FWF mainstays like Billy Matthews and Kevin Kearns sitting on the sidelines, while reputed mid-carders like Maxwell Houz have title opportunities dangling in front of them, despite their previous failed attempts. Why did I waste my time plowing through the likes of Houz and Asylum last month in a tournament to decide a *top* contender, when the FWF was just gonna do the same thing all over again if they didn't like the result? ...only with a different "catch" this time, of course!
After all of the criticism that Scott Malec directed at the New Breed, I still can't believe he'd have been so foolish as to miss a loophole in a contract he signed! There's another piece to this puzzle. I'm almost sure on that, but it's not adding up quite yet. If the FWF is really Mr. Malec's livelihood, why wasn't he a little more careful in protecting his creative and financial control over the FWF? Food for thought.
If Michael Manson wanted both the fear and full control of the locker-room, then why the hell would he enlist Minion or a jWo reject into his little army? It certainly doesn't help his credibility or bullyesque threats along any! He should've rounded up the Cat Pack to complete his little freak show if he wanted the line between talent and no-talent any clearer! ...but none of that really matters, because when this is finally resolved, a lot of bags are gonna be packed for good...and a lot of guys are headed off to pasture!
I can't help but notice that I'm no longer the sole protester for sanity in this promotion. It turns out Jobber's not to happy about his "lack of opportunity" within the tournament *itself*, rightfully so since he's busted his a** for months, and then a guy like Davenport is tossed a title shot for playing the part of "Johnny Come Lately". What's Jobbers worst nightmare? Let's see, it'd probably be Hacker and Davenport becoming champions...thanks to outside interference, while he's eliminated and injured likewise, preventing him from competing further. This couldn't happen in the FWF though, now could it!? *Hell*...even "Mr. Content", Stone Wolf, has gotten into the act of pointing out just how f***ed up the FWF sandwich is! Yes, it's that bad!
If it's not "piss poor talent" messing something up, it's "cash cow talent" messing something up, and if it's not "cash cow talent" messing something up, then it's Mansons "recruits" (no talent here) messing something up! ...but at least most of the "piss poor talent" were already here before the "cash-cows" and "Manson disciples". That makes me a little more sure that the New Breed are the attracting principle. We're the ones bringing the money in, as the "cash cow" talent flocks here for a piece...and we're the one's snagging up power in the form of gold, as Manson and his "soon to be bruised" crew come looking for a share that doesn't exist! If the established top tier of talent in the FWF could stand together without murdering each other for a second, we might actually have a shot of finally getting rid of not only the undesirable talent...but Manson, his boy-toys...and the rest of the veterans who wandered here looking for one last round of pay-checks and a few nights of fading glory in a packed arena! Think about it.
I guess this all means that "March Madness" is underway! Yeah...the tournament coincides real nice with NCAA, but it's plagued with just as much doubt and questions of fairness. Maybe instead of copping ideas from anywhere they might come, even when riddled with controversy, the FWF might try concocting something new and efficient?, that isn't destined to fail despite however many "good" intentions there are. Let's just hope the job doesn't go to Bueno Excellente'!
Rounding out what's on my mind, I'm gonna leave you with a rhetorical question. Just why is it that when Kevin Kearns has a slight nervous breakdown, from all the aggravation and stress he suffers as a result of attempting to do right by his ideals in the wrestling business, every petty journalist with a pen and wrestler who can complete a sentence have something nasty to say about the man...*BUT*, when Black Sage founds a prison literacy program, he can barely get the press to acknowledge it!?
The harsh truth is that S*** SELLS! I'm sick of the trite and drone...so until next time, this is Black Sage saying "don't buy the s*** they sell!"
