PROSPERITY OIL
Prosperity formulas usually make use of herbs thought to be under the influence of Jupiter, the planet of bounty and abundance.
This classic prosperity oil has been used for a least one hundred years by the "Hoodoo's" or follwers of the magical tradition of New Orleans. The oil is traditionally compounded on a Thursday, the sacred day of the planet Jupiter, and is believed to be most effective if allowed to sit for three weeks after being mixed in a cool dark place.
Bank and cheque books, contracts, letters and share certificates may be annointed with a tiny drop of the oil to draw wealth. A small piece of green cloth annointed with the oil may be stored in the purse or wallet.
Please ensure you use as little cinnamon oil as possible f the perfume is made with the intention to be worn on the skin, as cinnamon essential oil may burn.
To a dark glass bottle add the following:
one part basil powder
one part spearmint essential oil
one quarter part cinnamon essence
six parts base oil (virgin olive, sunflower or light mineral)
Mix all ingredients carefully and decant into a glass bottle. Allow the mixture to sit for at least three weeks after which it may be strained through cheesecloth or muslin to remove the basil powder residue.
Keep a small coin in the oil bottle or jar and ensure you store the oil away from the rays of the sun.
